|a تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى رصد ومعرفة بعض الخصوصيات التي ميزت النظام السياسي لإيالة الجزائر خلال المرحلة الثانية من حكم الدايات (1710-1830)، والتي وإن قلصت السيطرة المباشرة للباب العالي، إلا أنها سمحت بالتواصل الشكلي للسيادة العثمانية في الجزائر. ومن جهة أخرى، نحاول الوقوف وبشكل أساسي عند تدخل وانخراط الإنكشارية في الحياة السياسية، وتحكمهم الواضح والكلي في من يعتلي منصب الداي، ودواعي ذلك وما ترتب عنه من اضطراب وعدم استقرار للسلطة السياسية الحاكمة للبلاد، وكذا نبحث في محاولة بعض الدايات التملص والتخلص من سيطرة الإنكشاريين، والسعي لتوريث الحكم في أسرهم، وهي المحاولات التي آلت إلى الفشل لأسباب متعددة، ستقف الدراسة عندها قراءة وتحليلا.

|b This study seeks to identify some of the characteristics that characterize the political system of the Algerian state during the second phase of the rule of the deys (1710-1830), which although the direct control of the Sublime Porte was less, but it allowed the formal continuity of Ottoman sovereignty in Algeria. On the other hand, we try to study the intervention of the Janissaries and their involvement in political life and their clear and complete control over whoever holds the position of the Dey, the reasons for that and the consequent turmoil and instability of the ruling political authority of the country, and we also consider the attempt of some deys to escape and get rid of the control of the Janissaries, and seek to bequeath power In their families, and from the attempts that ended in failure. For various reasons, the study will stop at the reading of an analysis.
