520 |f The special international criminal tribunals have presented a model that may not be the best but is the finest when compared to the Second World War Tribunals. The experience of international criminal tribunals has made it possible to give a strong impetus to international criminal law by defining the concept of the crime of sexual violence that has enriched war crimes and crimes against humanity. \nThe experience of the International Criminal Courts is a firm presumption of the possibility of an international criminal court that meets all the formal and objective specifications of its counterparts in national criminal systems and thus paved the way for the birth of the International Criminal Court.
