|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المرافقة المقاولاتية بأبعادها (الاستقبال والتوجيه، الاستشارات، التكوين، التدريب) في بناء القدرات التنافسية لحاملي المشاريع بالحاضنة التكنولوجية بسيدي عبد الله، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، في حين تم جمع المعلومات بواسطة استمارة استبيان وزعت على 97 حامل مشروع بالحاضنة، وبعد التحليل باستخدام برنامج SPSS، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي للمرافقة المقاولاتية في بناء القدرات، التنافسية من خلال أبعادها (الاستشارات، التكوين، التدريب)، في حين لا يوجد تأثير لبعد الاستقبال والتوجيه في بناء القدرات التنافسية لحاملي المشاريع بالحاضنة التكنولوجية.

|b This study aims to highlight the role that entrepreneurial accompaniment plays in its dimensions (reception and guidance, consulting, training) in building the competitive capabilities of project holders in the technological incubator in Sidi Abdullah, and the descriptive analytical method was used while the information was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 97 owners A project in the incubator, and after analysis using the SPSS program, The study concluded that there is a positive effect of the company accompaniment in building competitive capabilities through its dimensions (consulting, training).While there is no effect of the reception and guidance dimension in building the competitiveness of project holders in the technology incubator in Sidi Abdullah.
