المستخلص: Control over public expenditures is a matter that affects the state entity as it is of great importance in view of the evolution of the tasks of the latter. There is a need for an effective control body that would be binding on the government in implementing the budget as prescribed by the legislative authority in order to prevent damage to society on the economic side and avoid its social and political consequences. Through this study, we will address the effectiveness of the oversight of certifying officers over public expenditures in Algeria.

Le contrôle des dépenses publiques c’est l’une des questions qui touchent l’entité de l’État où elle était d’une importance particulière compte tenu de l’évolution des fonctions de ce dernier.
Devant cette situation la nécessité d’un organisme de contrôle efficace est une obligation primordiale pour le gouvernement dans l’exécution du budget est dessiné par sa législature destiné à éviter de nuire à la société dans le plan économique, ainsi ses conséquence sociales et politiques et à travers notre étude nous allons étudier l’efficacité de contrôle des ordonnateurs sur les dépense publique en Algérie.


الرقابة على النفقات العمومية من الأمور التي تمس كيان الدولة حيث أنها تكتسي أهمية بالغة بالنظر إلى تطور مهام هذه الأخيرة، إذ أصبحت الحاجة إلى وجود جهاز رقابي فعال، يكون ملزما للحكومة في تنفيذ الميزانية وفقا لما رسمته لها السلطة التشريعية قصد منع وقوع الضرر على المجتمع في الجانب الاقتصادي وتلافي انعكاساته على الجانبين الاجتماعي والسياسي ومن خلال دراستنا هذه سنتطرق إلى فعالية رقابة آمري الصرف على النفقات العمومية في الجزائر.
