المستخلص: After the decline of the structural movement in Western thought in the late 1960s, the critical movement known as (Disintegrating) "Altafkikiah" has emerged. In fact, the 'Disintegrating' was not the spur of that moment; rather it was an extension of the previous theories of knowledge and philosophy as well as of Western thinkers and philosophers who had founded the idea of disintegration without declaring that term. They put the ideas and established the theories which the Disintegrating movement employed in its disintegration, modification and criticizing them. The aim of the research: to remove the ambiguity that characterizes this term, as well as to reveal the most prominent results and goals that the 'Disintegrating' seeks to achieve, and then to criticize it and indicate its danger and the secrets and mysteries it entails. The reason for studying the 'Disintegrating' critically is to contribute to uncovering the truth of the 'Disintegrating' and to defend the principles of judicial inference and the doctrinal and judicial constants of religion. The research answers some questions, including: What is the definition of the 'Disintegrating'? What are its most prominent philosophical and historical roots? What is the extent of its impact on Western and Arab thought? The research is based on the analytical and inductive critical approach, so the researcher traces the intellectual and philosophical roots of the 'Disintegrating', analyzes them, and follows them with criticism.

بعد أفول الحركة البنيوية في الفكر الغربي في أواخر الستينات من القرن الميلادي الماضي (العشرين)، وظهرت الحركة النقدية المعروفة بالتفكيكية، وفي حقيقة الأمر لم تكن التفكيكية وليدة تلك اللحظة، وإنما كانت عبارة عن امتداد لما سبقها من نظريات معرفية وفلسفية، وكذلك لمفكرين وفلاسفة غربيين، أسسوا لفكرة التفكيك دون إطلاق هذا اللفظ عليها، إنما وضعوا أفكارا وأسسوا نظريات، قامت الحركة التفكيكية بتوظيفها في تفكيكيتها وإجراء التعديلات عليها وتوجيه النقد لها. والهدف من البحث: إزالة الغموض الذي ينتاب هذا المصطلح، وكذلك الكشف عن أبرز النتائج والأهداف التي تسعى التفكيكية لتحقيقها، ومن ثم توجيه النقد لها وبيان خطورتها وما تنطوي عليه من أسرار وخفايا. والسبب من دراسة التفكيكية دراسة نقدية، الإسهام في الكشف عن حقيقة التفكيكية، والدفاع عن أصول الاستدلال الشرعية، وثوابت الدين العقدية والشرعية والبحث يجيب عن بعض التساؤلات منها: ما هو تعرف التفكيكية؟ وما هي أبرز أصولها الفلسفية وجذورها التاريخية؟ وما مدى تأثيرها على الفكر الغربي والعربي؟ والبحث قد قام على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي النقدي، فيتتبع الباحث الجذور الفكرية والفلسفية للتفكيكية ويحللها، ويتعقبها بالنقد.
