المستخلص: تتميز اللغة العربية بالمرونة، بسبب ما تعتمد عليه من وسائل متعددة للاستفادة من المصطلحات الأجنبية، التي تستجد تباعا، ما يعني أنها قادرة على استيعاب عدد لا يحصى من هذه المصطلحات، وفق مختلف الآليات التي تلجأ إليها، والتي اختلف بعض الباحثين في ضبط بعضها، كما اختلفوا في أهمية وأولوية بعضها عن بعض، غير أن المجامع اللغوية العربية حسمت أمر هذا الاختلاف، وذلك بتفضيل بعضها على بعض وفقا لمقاييس ومعايير تتماشى مع متطلبات وضع المصطلحات، وبهذا يمكن الاعتماد على مبدأ الأفضلية في الاعتماد على وسائل وضع المصطلحات الذي أقرته هذه المجامع في مؤتمر من مؤتمراتها، طبقا للترتيب الآتي: التراث فالتوليد وفيه الاشتقاق ، المجاز ، التعريب ، الترجمة ، النحت.

The Arabic language is characterized by its flexibility thanks to the different means used in order to benefit from foreign terms which are in perpetual change. This is attributed to the fact of being able to assimilate a large number of these terms, according to different mechanisms, that the researchers failed to adjust some of them. Also, they did not agree on their importance and priority to each other. Except that the language assemblies put an end to these differences favoring a few according to standards that meet the requirements of terms development. For that, it is possible to count on the principle of priority among the means of terms development and which was approved by these assemblies in one of their conferences according to this order: heritage, generation that contains derivation, metaphor, arabisation, translation and sculpture.

La langue arabe se caractérise par sa flexibilité grâce aux différents moyens utilisés afin de bénéficier des termes étrangers qui sont en perpétuelle renouvellement. Ce qui signifie qu’elle est capable d’assimiler un nombre incalculable de ces termes suivant différents mécanismes, dont les chercheurs ne sont pas parvenus à ajuster quelques-uns d’entre eux. Aussi, ils ont eu des différents concernant leur importance et leur priorité les uns par rapport aux autres. Sauf que les assemblés linguistiques de l’arabe ont mis fin à ce différent en privilégiant quelques-uns suivant des normes et standards qui répondent aux exigences du développement des termes. Il est possible donc de compter sur le principe de priorité parmi les moyens de développement des termes, et qui a été approuvé par ces assemblées dans une de leurs conférences selon cet ordre : le patrimoine, la génération qui contient la dérivation, la métaphore, l’arabisation, la traduction et la sculpture.
