المستخلص: يعد "عبد الملك مرتاض" من الروائيين الذين خاضوا غمار التجريب الروائي، من خلال تجاوز النمط التقليدي/الكلاسيكي، الذي سيطر على الكتابة الروائية ردحاً من الزمن. فكانت روايته "وادي الظلام" أحد الفضاءات التي كشف من خلالها سبل التجاوز والخلق الفني، عبر المزج بين الواقع والخيال. ويروم هذا المقال الكشف عن تجليات المحكي العجائبى في هذا النص الروائي، من منظور "تودوروف"، هذا الاخير الذي يجمع أغلب الدارسين أنه صاحب السبق في هذا المجال. فما مدى تمكن "مرتاض" من خرق الثوابت التقليدية للكتابة الروائية، وتأسيس رؤية جديدة للعالم والذات، تمزج بين الواقع والمتخيل؟ وماهي الآليات التي يشتغل عليها خطاب مرتاض في فضح المسكوت عنه في الثقافة الجزائرية؟

Abdelmalek Mortadh is one of the novelists who tried a new way in narrative writing, by using new creative techniques through experimentation, aiming at exceeding to the classical ones which dominated for a long period of time, and his novel entitled "Wadi Edhalam" "Valley of Darkness" reflects on the use of those new techniques and also his style of writing. In this novel Mortadh experimented how to combine between realistic and fantastic worlds in order to get creative writing fiction. This study aims to reveal the miraculous in this novel, from the perspective of Todorov, the latter, who is the pioneer in the field according to the scholars. So, to what extent could Mortadh go beyond traditional narrative writing and establish a new vision for the world and the self, by combining reality and imagination? What are the different tools used by Mortadh in his narrative discourse to reveal the unspoken issues in the Algerian culture? We will try to answer these questions through the following study?

Abdelmalek Mortad est l’un des premiers romanciers ayant eu recours à l´expérimentation dans le roman délaissant le modèle traditionnel et classique qui a dominé durant une longue période. Son roman Wadi Edhalam « La vallée de l´obscurité » constitue un des espaces à travers lequel il dévoile ce par quoi il se livre à une écriture de la transgression et de la création artistique en mariant le factuel à l’imaginaire. Cet article vise à montrer les manifestations du conte fantastique dans ce roman selon l’analyse proposée par Todorov qui est considéré par ses pairs comme un précurseur dans ce domaine. En ce sens, nous nous interrogeons alors à quel point Mortad est-il donc parvenu à transgresser les constantes conventionnelles de l´écriture romanesque en vue de mettre en place une vision nouvelle du monde et de soi où se mêlent le réel et l´imaginaire. Nous nous interrogeons également sur les procédés dont a fait usage Mortad pour mettre à nu le non-dit dans la culture algérienne
