المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الإصلاح الأسري، ودور مراكز الإصلاح الأسري في الحد من تفاقم المشكلات الأسرية، وتحديد المعوقات التي تحد من عمل الأخصائي الاجتماعي فيها، والتعرف على إذا ما كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية باختلاف المتغيرات الديموغرافية التالية (العمر، الجنس، المرتبة، المؤهل، الخبرة) لدور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الإصلاح الأسري. تمثل منهج الدراسة في المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمد الباحث على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، في مراكز الإصلاح الأسري بمدينة الرياض. والبالغ عددهم (100) استخدم الباحث أسلوب الحصر الشامل وقام بتطبيق دراسته على كامل المجتمع، بلغت عدد الاستبانات المستردة والصالحة للإدخال والتحليل (80) مفردة. وقد أكدت نتائج الدراسة أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون تماما على دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الإصلاح الأسري، أبرزها تتمثل في: يدير النزاع الأسري بموضوعية وسرية، يسمع وجهة نظر أطراف النزاع، بيصر أطراف النزاع بالآثار المترتبة على النزاع، يساعد على تسوية الخلافات بين أطراف النزاع، أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون تماما على دور مراكز الإصلاح الأسري في الحد من تفاقم المشكلات الأسرية، أبرزها تتمثل في: يثقف الأسر عن المشكلات الاجتماعية وكيفية حلها، ويدرس المشكلات الاجتماعية التي تؤدي للنزاع بين الطرفين، ويقدم الاستشارة والتوجيه للمقبلين على الزواج، أن أفرد عينة الدراسة موافقون على معوقات تحد من عمل الأخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الإصلاح الأسري، أبرزها تتمثل في: ضعف الوعي بآثار المشكلات الزوجية على الأبناء والمجتمع، عدم وعي الأسرة بأثر هذه المشكلات مستقبلا، ونقص الدـورات التدريبية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بها.

The study aimed to identify the role of the social worker in the field of family reform, the role of family reform centers in limiting the aggravation of family problems, identifying the obstacles that limit the work of the social worker in them, and identifying whether there are statistically significant differences according to the following demographic variables (Age, gender, rank, qualification, experience) of the role of the social worker in the field of family reform. The study curriculum is represented in the descriptive and analytical approach, and the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a study tool. The study population consisted of social workers in the family reform centers in Riyadh. The researcher used the comprehensive enumeration method and applied his study to the entire community, the number of which reached (100). The number of retrieved questionnaires, valid for entry and analysis, reached (80) single. The results of the study confirmed that the members of the study sample fully agree with the role of the social worker in the field of family reform, the most prominent of which are: He manages the family conflict objectively and confidentially, hears the point of view of the parties to the conflict, enlightens the parties to the conflict about the implications of the conflict, helps to settle disputes between the conflict parties , That the study sample members fully agree on the role of family reform centers in limiting the aggravation of family problems, the most prominent of which are: Educates families about social problems and how to solve them, studies social problems that lead to conflict between the two parties, and provides counseling and guidance to those who are about to get married, n individuals of the sample The study agrees on the obstacles that limit the work of the social worker in the field of family reform, the most prominent of which are: the lack of awareness of the effects of marital problems on children and society, the family's lack of awareness of the impact of these problems in the future, and the lack of training courses for social workers working in them.
