المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث الموسوم بــ(منهج الصابوني من خلال كتابه روائع البيان في تفسير آيات الأحكام) إلى بيان المنهجية التي سار عليها الشيح الصابوني في كتابه، لتعميم الفائدة، حيث انتظم البحث في مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة. تم فيه التعريف بالمؤلف وكتابه، واحتوى بيانا لاختياراته للموضوعات التفسيرية، فقد كان اختياره للموضوعات التي لها ارتباط عقدي وفقهي وعملي بحياة الناس. أما أسلوبه فيها، فقد امتاز بالسهولة واليسر في بيان الغريب والمعنى الإجمالي، وبسط الأحكام الشرعية، والترجيح فيما بينها وبيان أسبابه. أما مصادره التفسيرية التي تضمنها كتابه، فقد كانت المصادر المعتمدة لدى أئمة التفسير وأهمها تفسير القرآن بالقرآن، وتفسير القرآن بالسنة الصحيحة، وتميز في نقولاته بتوثيق الآيات، والأحاديث، واقتباساته ونقولاته من كتب التفسير وغيرها، ونسبتها إلى مظانها بطرق مختلفة نصا، واختصارا، وإعادة صياغة، كما تنوعت مصادر النقل من كتب العلوم الشرعية المختلفة. وأبرز نتائج البحث، التزم الشيخ الصابوني بمنهجيته التي حددها في مقدمة كتابه في الأعم الغالب، ويعد هذا الكتاب من أروع ما ألف لشيخ الصابوني- رحمه الله- لنفاسته العلمية.

The present research entitled (Al-Sabouni’s Approach through his book “Rawai Al-Bayan fi Tafsir Ayaat Al-Ahkaam) Masterpieces of Manifestation in the Interpretation of Verses of Rulings) aims at explaining the approach that Sheikh Al-Sabouni adopted in his book for the purpose of general benefit. The research comprises an introduction, four sections and a conclusion. It includes a biography of the author and his book, and containing an explanation of his choices of the topics. He chose topics related to those possessing a doctrinal, jurisprudential, and practical correlation with people's lives. As for the style being adopted, it is characterized by simplicity and fluency in explaining the unfamiliar and the comprehensive meaning, in addition to the elucidation of Sharia rulings and the preponderance among the rulings, as well as their reasons. As for the interpretive sources that he included in his book, they were sources that have been approved by the Imams of tafsir (i.e. interpretation), the most important of which are the interpretation of the Qur’an via the Qur’an, and the interpretation of the Qur’an by means of Sunnah. His excerpts were distinguished by means of authenticating the verses and the hadiths, and his quotations and citations from books of interpretation and other references, attributing them to their supposed references in different manners; verbatim, synopsizing and paraphrasing. Further, the sources of conveyance varied from diverse books of juristic (religious) sciences. The most prominent findings of the research are that Sheikh Al-Sabuoni’s commitment to his approach that he set out in the introduction to his book. Also, due to its scholarly value, this book is considered one of the masterpieces that Sheikh Al-Sabuoni authored, may Allah have mercy on him.
