المستخلص: "لقد كان الملاجيون: الشيخ احمد بن أبي سعيد بن عبد الله بن عبد الرزاق بن خاصة الحنفي المكي الصالحي ثم الهندي اللكنوي (1047-1130 ه/ 1637- 1718 م) في مشروعه لتفسير الآيات الشرعية للأحكام في القران الكريم، وحاول أن يقدم تصورا تفسيريا تأويليا وفق مذهبه الحنفي لآيات الأحكام والآيات التشريعية وفق ضوابط حددها لنفسه في تفسيره من خلال منهج مرتبط بتفسير القران الكريم وفق محددات علوم القران الكريم. ويعد الملاجيون من أبرز علماء المسلمين الذين بذلوا جهودا كبيرة في الدراسات القرآنية، وقد بين بعض ضوابطه وبعض منهجه في مقدمة تفسيره، وأبرز ما سيقوم بتفسيره وفق مقدمته مع ملاحظة انه أشار إلى شيء من منهجه في تلك المقدمة عند إيراده ما في تفسير كل سورة من الأحكام والقواعد والضوابط وما اسماه (آيات المسائل) أي ما استنبطه هو بمنهجه من التفسير. ما يعد من الجهود المهمة في حقل الدراسات القرآنية. لذلك اخترنا في هذا البحث أن ندرس منهج الملاجيون في التفسير الخاص بآيات الأحكام في تفسيره استنادا لاستقراء تفسيره واستنطاقه في محاولة لفهم هذا المنهج المبتكر للمفسر ولرؤيته الاجتهادية للتفسير، ولعلوم القرآن، وللغة العربية ودلالاتها في التفسير، ولتوجهه الفقهي الحنفي وفقا لمذهبه. وقد وجدناه خليقا بأن يكون من يسلط عليه الضوء في حقل جهود علماء المسلمين في الدراسات القرآنية. Al-MullaJeon: He is Sheikh Ahmed bin AbiSaeed bin Abdullah bin Abdul Razzaq bin especially Al-Hanafi Al-Makki Al-Salhi, then Al-Hindi Al Laknawi (1047- 1130 AH/1637-1718 AD)."

"He had a project for the interpretation of the legal verses of the rulings in the Holy Qur’an, and he tried to present an interpretive conceptualization according to his Doctrine school of jurisprudence verses and legislative verses according to the rules he had set for himself in his interpretation through an approach linked to the interpretation of the Holy Qur’an according to the foundations and regulations of the sciences of the Holy Qur’an. Mullah Jeon is considered one of the most prominent Muslim scholars who made great efforts in Quranic studies, and he explained some of his principles and some of his method in the introduction to his interpretation, and the most prominent of what he will interpret according to his introduction with reference to some of his method in that introduction when he includes what is in the interpretation of each surah of the provisions and rules The controls and what he called (verses of issues) that is, what he deduced from his methodology of interpretation, which is one of the important efforts in the field of Qur'anic studies. Therefore, in this research, we chose to study the Mullah Jeon approach to exegesis of the verses of rulings in his interpretation based on the extrapolation and interrogation of his interpretation to understand this innovative approach of the exegete, his jurisprudential view of interpretation, the sciences of the Qur’an, the Arabic language and its connotations in exegesis, and his Hanafi jurisprudential approach according to his doctrine. We have found him worthy to be one of those who shed light on him in the field of efforts of Muslim scholars in Quranic studies."
