|a موضوع الكفر والتكفير يرتبط بعلم العقيدة والكلام وأصول الإيمان والإسلام، وله صلة بعلم الفقه في جانبه التطبيقي وجوانب الفتوى والقضاء، لذلك كان العنوان يجمع بين دلالات اللفظ وضوابط التطبيق، بين المعاني العقدية وصلتها بالفقه والفتوى. وقد تناولت في بحثي ما يتعلق بالتكفير من أسباب وضوابط، وتم التأكيد على أن أخطر الأمور التي تهدد العلاقة بين المسلمين هي إطلاق أوصاف الشرك والكفر على المسلمين، لذلك أبرزت معاني الكفر وخطورة التكفير وضوابط الحكم بالتكفير.
