المستخلص: الانسجام الصوتي ظاهرة صوتية تحدث في مقاطع الكلمة الواحدة والمقاطع المتجاورة؛ نزوعا إلى التوافق الحركي واقتصادا في الجهد المبذول، أو أنه جنوح أصوات المد المتجاورة في الكلام إلى الانسجام فيما بينها، حتى لا ينتقل اللسان من ضم إلى كسر إلى فتح، أو بالعكس في أثناء الأداء تسهيلا ، والأصوات في تأثرها بما يجاورها تهدف إلى نوع من التقارب بينها؛ ليزداد قربها في الصفات والمخارج ويعد الانسجام الصوتي أحد ظواهر التطور في حركات الكلمات، فالكلمة المشتملة على حركات متباينة تميل في تطورها إلى التوافق والانسجام بين هذه الحركات؛ لكى لا ينتقل اللسان من ضم إلى كسر إلى فتح.
