Advanced regionalization, through the broad powers that it grants to the regional councils, will constitute for it an unprecedented opportunity to prevail its know how in terms of self-management and business management, by enhancing the attractiveness of investments to make up for deficits in the labour market. Public investment is the magic wand of the state to act in terms of regional attractiveness, particularly through the regional distribution of investments. In our article, we will try to make an assessment of the regional distribution of investments, in the framework of advanced regionalization, aiming to reinforce the regional territorial attractiveness all one is based on the figures of the law of finance 2018. La régionalisation avancée, à travers les larges pouvoirs qu’il concède aux conseils régionaux, constituera pour celui-ci une opportunité inouïe pour prévaloir son savoir-faire en matière d’autogestion et de pilotage d’affaires, en renforçant l’attractivité des investissements afin de rattraper les déficits qui existent en matière de marché d’emploi. L’investissement public constitue la baguette magique de l’État pour agir en matière d’attractivité territoriale régionale, notamment par la répartition régionale des investissements. Dans notre article, nous allons essayer de faire un bilan de la répartition régionale des investissements, dans le cadre de régionalisation avancée, visant renforcer l’attractivité territoriale régionale tout on se base sur les chiffres de la loi de finances 2018. |
