هدف البحث إلى تقصى مدي توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى للأنشطة الإلكترونية أثناء التدريس الإلكتروني في الفصل الدراسي الثاني 1440/1441ه وفي أثناء مواكبة جائحة كرونا العالمية. وقد تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة المسحية: (مقياس وجهة الضبط، استبيان توظيف الأنشطة الإلكترونية، مقياس توجه أهداف الإنجاز) على عينة البحث من منسوبى الجامعة الذى استجابوا إلكترونيا، وفقا لتسلسل وترتيب زمنى يحقق أهداف البحث. وقد جاءت نتائج البحث لتشير إلى: -وجود نسبة من عينة البحث من فئة ذوي وجهة الضبط الداخلي (53%) في مقابل نسبة (47%) من ذوي وجهة الضبط الخارجي وفقا لسمات وخصائص كل منهم. -تحديد معظم الأنشطة الإلكترونية والتي تضمنت التخطيط لتنفيذ المحاضرات واستخدام الأدوات والتطبيقات المدمجة بنظام بلاكبورد مثل غرف المناقشات المتزامنة وغير المتزامنة، تطبيقات إعداد وتنفيذ الواجبات والاختبارات وأساليب عرض وتقديم ملفات المحتوى التعليمي، وغيرها من الممارسات التي يمكن توظيفها في أثناء تنفيذ المواقف التعليمية والتدريسية من جانب أعضاء هيئة التدريس بنظام البلاكبورد. -وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين مستويات توظيف الأنشطة الإلكترونية ووجهة الضبط الداخلي لدى عينة البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس عينة البحث. –عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مستويات توظيف الأنشطة الإلكترونية ووجهة الضبط الخارجي لدى عينة البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس عينة البحث. -وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين مستويات توظيف الأنشطة الإلكترونية لدي أفراد عينة البحث وتوجهات أهداف الإنجاز.
The research aimed to determine the extent of Utilizing of faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University for electronic activities during electronic teaching in the second semester 1440/1441 AH and during keeping up with the Crohna virus. The survey study tools (the Locus of control scale, utilizing survey of the electronic activities, the measure of achievement of the objectives achievement) were applied to the research sample from university employees who responded electronically, according to the sequence and arrangement of time that achieves the objectives of the research. The results of the research indicated to: - The presence of a percentage of the research sample from the category of those with internal Locus of control (53%) compared to (47%) of those with an external Locus of control. - Determining most electronic activities that included planning to implement lectures and using tools and applications integrated with the Blackboard system such as concurrent and asynchronous discussion rooms, applications for preparing and executing assignments and tests, methods for displaying and presenting educational content files, and other practices that can be Utilizing it during the implementation of educational and teaching situations by members Blackboard faculty. - There is a positive correlation between the levels of utilizing from the electronic activities and the destination of internal Locus of control of the research sample. - There is no correlation between the levels of utilizing from the electronic activities and the point of external control of the research sample from the faculty members of the research sample. - There is a positive correlation between the levels of utilizing from the electronic activities and the achievement goals Orientations.
