المستخلص: تكتسب هذه الدراسة أهميتها من أهمية الفترة الحالية المواكبة لتعرض دول العالم بشكل عام، ومصر خاصة لفيروس كورونا، وانتشاره السريع، وما يحدثه من تأثيرات صحية واقتصادية، الأمر الذي يعزز من أهمية هذه الدراسة وقيمتها، من حيث التعرف على فعالية استراتيجيات الاتصال المعلوماتي الإلكتروني الحكومي لرفع الوعي المجتمعي لمواجهة جائحة كورونا. تبعا لما كشفت عنه نتائج الدراسة من نجاح الممارسات الاتصالية والإعلامية التي قامت بها الحكومة المصرية في التوعية بفيروس كورونا؛ فتوصي الباحثة باستمرار الحكومة في هذه الجهود، وألا تقتصر على جائحة كورونا، بل تمتد إلى التوعية والتثقيف الصحي بكافة الأمراض؛ ليتحقق من خلالها المعرفة الصحية لأفراد المجتمع، وتساعدهم في اتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بوضعهم الصحي، وتطبيقها في كافة الأزمات التي تواجه الدولة. ولكن لتقديم معلومات دقيقة يثق بها الجمهور، وتحقق رضا ساحق لدى كافة الفئات، توصي الباحثة بتطبيق استراتيجية الحكومة المفتوحة. وتقترح الباحثة أيضا دعم تطبيق الحكومة المفتوحة بتعاون إقليمي استراتيجي، كون الفيروس عابر للحدود من حيث الانتشار والتداعيات، وكذلك نتيجة التشابك الذي تعرفه المنظومة الاقتصادية العالمية.

This study gains its significance from the importance of the current period in line with the exposure of the countries of the world, in general, and Egypt, in particular, to Coronavirus, its rapid spread, and its health and economic impacts, which reinforce the importance of this study and its value in terms of identifying the effectiveness of governmental electronic information communication strategies to raise community awareness to face the Corona pandemic. According to what the results of the study revealed regarding the success of the communication and media practices carried out by the Egyptian government in raising awareness of the Coronavirus; the researcher recommends that the government should continue in these efforts and not be limited to the Corona pandemic, but rather extend to health awareness of all diseases, to achieve health knowledge for all members of the community, and help them make decisions related to their health status, and to apply this in all crises facing the government. However, to provide accurate information that the public can trust, and to achieve overwhelming satisfaction among all groups; the researcher recommends the application of the open government strategy. The researcher also suggests supporting the application of open government with strategic regional cooperation, as the virus is cross- border in terms of spread and repercussions, as well as the result of the intertwining of the global economic system.
