|a تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة المقومات والعقبات وسيناريوهات الدولة الكردية المفترضة لأن هناك خلاف وجدل حول المقومات والعقبات وأشكال الدولة المفترضة لأننا عند ذكر المقومات نجد بعض العناصر تذكر في المقوات وأيضا تذكر في المعوقات على سبيل المثال التضاريس الجغرافية فهي سبب من مقومات الدولة لأن الطبيعة الجبلية وفرت للأكراد الملاذ الأمن والقدرة على القتال ومواجهة الجيوش المغيرة وأيضا من أهداف الدراسة تصور أشكال الدولة الكردية المفترضة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن رغم وجود الكثير من المقومات فهناك العديد من العقبات وأن هناك ستة أشكال مفترضة رئيسية لكن ممكن استنساخ أشكال واتحادات كردية أخرى.
