المستخلص: The study aimed to identify the problems that hinder the performance of volunteers in the Egyptian Special Olympics, to determine the obligations related to the performance of volunteers in the Egyptian Special Olympics, as well as to determine the proposed organization to treat the problems that hinder the performance of volunteers in the Egyptian Special Olympics, and the researchers used the descriptive approach on a sample chosen by a random stratified method of volunteers in the Egyptian Olympiad Both local volunteers registered in the National Games (2014), registered in the African Games, as well as those responsible for the Egyptian Special Olympics, whether officials in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Egyptian Special Olympics, Youth and Sports Directorates, and officials from the coaches, and the size of the basic study sample of volunteers reached (313) Volunteers, and among the officials (150) officials have the same characteristics and characteristics of the original community for the study. The researchers also used the questionnaire and the personal interview form as tools for data collection. The results resulted in identifying the problems that hinder the performance of volunteers in the Egyptian Special Olympics, defining the obligations related to the performance of volunteers in the Egyptian Special Olympics, as well as defining the proposed organization to address the problems that hinder the performance of volunteers in the Egyptian Special Olympics.

استهدف البحث التعرف على المشكلات التي تعوق أداء المتطوعين في الأولمبياد الخاص المصري وتحديد الالتزامات المتعلقة بأداء المتطوعين بالأولمبياد الخاص المصري وكذا تحديد التنظيم المقترح لعلاج المشكلات التي تعوق أداء المتطوعين في الأولمبياد الخاص المصري، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي على عينة اختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من المتطوعين بالأولمبياد الخاص المصري سواء المتطوعين المحليين والمسجلين بالألعاب الوطنية (2014)، والمسجلين بالألعاب الأفريقية، وكذلك المسئولين عن الأولمبياد الخاص المصري سواء المسئولين بوزارة الشباب والرياضة، وبالأولمبياد الخاص المصري، وبمديريات الشباب والرياضة، والمسئولين من المدربين، وقد بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة الأساسية من المتطوعين (313) متطوع، ومن المسئولين (150) مسئول ولهم نفس صفات وخصائص المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة، كما استخدم الباحثان استمارة الاستبيان والمقابلة الشخصية كأدوات لجمع البيانات، وأسفرت النتائج عن تحديد المشكلات التي تعوق أداء المتطوعين في الأولمبياد الخاص المصري وتحديد الالتزامات المتعلقة بأداء المتطوعين بالأولمبياد الخاص المصري وكذا تحديد التنظيم المقترح لعلاج المشكلات التي تعوق أداء المتطوعين في الأولمبياد الخاص المصري.
