المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على طلب أبي حنيفة للحديث النبوي الشريف، وأنه ممن اعتنى بذلك، وجعل الأثر أساساً لفتواه. وقام الباحث ببيان ذلك من خلال نشأته في الكوفة، بلد العلم والحديث، وحكايته عن نفسه وكذلك حكاية أقرانه وتلامذته عنه من اعتناءه بالحديث وطلبه له، وكثرة شيوخه وتلامذته من أهل الحديث، وكذلك إقرار المحققين المنصفين من غير مذهبه من أنه ممن جاوز القنطرة بحيث لم يعد يؤثر فيه قول أحد، وأن اعتراف الناس بإمامته في الفقه دليل على إمامته في الحديث لأنه لا اجتهاد بلا حديث، وما نص عليه غير واحد من العلماء على أنه إمام من أئمة الحديث، وأنهم اعتدوا بقوله في الرجال وفي الأحاديث، وأخيراً ما ترجموا له به في كتب حفاظ الحديث. وأوصت الدراسة بزيادة البحث في هذه الجزئية من خلال جمع آثار أبي حنيفة الحديثية لنتعرف على مكانته في علم الحديث. ودراسة أثر أبي حنيفة في تلامذته ومذهبه على السنة النبوية المطهرة حفظاً وفهماً وجمعاً. وجمع آراء أبي حنيفة فيما يتعلق بالسنة النبوية المطهرة ومقارنتها بآراء غيره من الأئمة كمالك والشافعي وأحمد. وكل ذلك من أجل الرد على من اتهم الإمام بقلة بضاعته في علم الحديث.

This study aims to shed light on Abu Hanifa’s request for the noble Prophet’s hadith, and that he is one of those who took care of that, and made the ancestors the basis for his fatwa. The researcher clarified this through his upbringing in Kufa, the city of knowledge and hadith, and his story about himself, as well as the story of his peers and students about him from his concern for the hadith and his request for it, and the large number of his sheikhs and students from among the people of hadith, as well as the confirmation of fair investigators who were not from his doctrine that he is one who has gone beyond the boundaries so that he is no longer was affected by the saying of someone. In fact, the people’s recognition of his imamate in jurisprudence is evidence of his imamate in the hadith because there is no ijtihad without a hadith. and what more than one of the scholars stated that he is an imam from the imams of hadith, and that they used his words in the men and in the hadiths, and finally what they translated for him in books of memorizing hadith. The study recommended an increase in research in this part by studying the foundations of Abu Hanifa, an objective scientific study, in order to get acquainted with his narratives. And he collected the effects of Abu Hanifa hadith to know his position in the science of hadith. Also, it is recommended to study the effect of Abu Hanifa on his students and his doctrine on the purified Sunnah of the Prophet in its memorization, understanding and compilation. He collected the views of Abu Hanifa regarding the purified Sunnah of the Prophet and compared it with the opinions of other imams such as Malik, Shafi’i and Ahmad. And all of this is in order to respond to those who accused the Imam of insufficient knowledge in hadith science.
