المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تقييم توزيع محطات تقوية شبكات المحمول، وكفاءتها، وأثرها في أسعار الوحدات السكنية في مدينة قنا، من خلال تطور أعدادها، وتوزيعها، وتحليل كفاءتها مكانيا، ومستوي رضا ملاك المحمول عنها، وأثرها في أسعار شراء الوحدات السكنية وايجارها، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستعان بالمدخل الموضوعي، كما استخدم بعض الأساليب أهمها الدراسة الميدانية، ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية، وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج عدة أهمها: - توافق توزيع محطات المحمول مع عدد السكان، وليس مساحة الوحدات الإدارية بالمدينة. - ارتفاع كفاءة تغطية محطات تقوية المحمول في الوحدات الإدارية لوسط المدينة، وضعفها بالاتجاه نحو أطرافها، الشمالية، والجنوبية بخاصة. - تعد فودافون" هي أكثر شبكات المحمول كفاءة من حيث التغطية بين الشبكات الأربع، في حين سجلت المصرية للاتصالات أقلها. - رضا ملاك المحمول عن كفاءة الخدمة المقدمة بالمدينة بشكل عام، وارتفاعها في قسم أول، وثان، وثالث، في حين تنخفض في حاجر قنا. - تأثير محطات تقوية المحمول في أسعار شراء الوحدات السكنية وايجارها بنسبة 1.1%، حتى مسافة لا تتعدي ٢٠٠ متر، مع تباينها بين وحدات المدينة الإدارية.

This research aims to evaluate distribution of stations for enhancing mobile networks through evaluating their efficiency as well as illuminating their impact on prices of residential units in Qena City. For this purpose, this paper tracks growth of the number of cellular units, tracks their distribution as well as analyzing efficiency of such stations of mobile phone networks. This paper also tracks level of satisfaction about such stations among mobile phone users. Additionally, this paper examines impact of mobile network towers on prices of buying and renting housing units in Qena City. This research adopts the analytical descriptive approach and it relies on the objective approach. Furthermore, the researcher has used some research tools; the most important of which are the field study and the (Geographical Information System) (GIS). The study has reached some findings, the most important of which are the following: - Distribution of mobile phone network stations does not correlate with size of districts while this distribution correlation with population density. - The quality and coverage of mobile network stations proved to be highly efficient towards the center of the city districts, while the opposite is true towards the northern and southern areas in particular. - Vodafone network is the most efficient mobile network in terms of coverage among the four mobile phone networks, while We is the least. - Mobile phone users are generally satisfied with the service efficiency within Qena City; with a higher level of satisfaction among users in the First, Second and Third districts of the City while mobile phone users are less satisfied with mobile networks service efficiency in Hajer Qena. - Distribution of mobile network stations slight affect prices of buying and renting residential units with 1.1% to a distance that doesn’t exceed 200 meters. Such prices vary among units of the administrative city
