المستخلص: The study aimed to examine the Intermediate role of information technology in the impact of the Supply Chain Integration in its dimensions (integration with suppliers, integration with distributors and integration with customers) on the sustainability dimensions (social, economical and environmental) in the Iraqi Oil Product Distribution Company. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study’s population consisted of the (14) branches of the Iraqi Oil Product Distribution Company, meanwhile the sampling unit encompassed all the managers working at the (14) branches in the middle and first line levels totaling (117) managers. For collecting the required data and information the questionnaire was used, and after the statistical analysis the main results of the study were as follows: There is a statistically significant impact of (Integration with distributors, and integration with customers) on the sustainability dimensions (social, economical and environmental) and also on Information Technology, meanwhile there was no statistically significant impact of (integration with suppliers) on all the sustainability dimensions and on information technology too. There is a statistically significant impact of information technology on the sustainability dimensions (social, economical, and environmental), and finally there is a statistically significan impact of Supply Chain Integration on the Sustainability through information technology as a mediator. Based on the study’s results the following recommendations were introduced: It is better for the surveyed company to keep and support its integration relationships with all elements of the supply chain, especially its integration with suppliers. And to maintain the activities that support its social and environmental sustainability and the society support. For an effective implementation of information technology, top management support is critical in terms of financial, physical and qualified human resources. As well as developing human resources through providing them with continuous training programs.

هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار الدور الوسيط لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في أثر تكامل سلسلة التوريد بأبعادها (التكامل مع الموردين، والتكامل مع الموزعين، والتكامل مع الزبائن) على الاستدامة بأبعادها (الاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، والبيئية) في شركة توزيع المنتجات النفطية العراقية. اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من شركة توزيع المنتجات النفطية العراقية بجميع فروعها والبالغ عددها (14) فرع، بينما تمثلت وحدة المعاينة بمديري الإدارتين العليا والوسطى وقد بلغ عددهم (117) مديرا. ولجمع المعلومات والبيانات الضرورية تم استخدام الاستبانة، وبعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكامل سلسلة التوريد (التكامل مع الموزعين، والتكامل مع الزبائن) على الاستدامة بأبعادها (الاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، والبيئية)، وكذلك على تكنولوجيا المعلومات، بينما لم يكن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعد التكامل مع الموردين على جميع أبعاد الاستدامة، وعلى تكنولوجيا المعلومات. وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على الاستدامة بأبعادها (الاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، والبيئية). ووجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكامل سلسلة التوريد بأبعادها مجتمعة على الاستدامة بأبعادها مجتمعة من خلال تكنولوجيا المعلومات كمتغير وسيط. واعتمادا على النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها، التركيز من قبل الشركة على استمرار علاقات التكامل مع كافة عناصر سلسلة التوريد، خاصة تكاملها مع الموردين. بالإضافة إلى الاستمرار بالنشاطات التي تعزز من استدامتها الاجتماعية والبيئية ودعم المجتمع. ولتطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات بنجاح توصي الدراسة بضرورة دعم الإدارة العليا المالي والمادي وبتوفير الموارد البشرية المؤهلة، والتطوير المستمر للموارد البشرية من خلال إلحاقهم بالبرامج التدريبية المستمرة.
