520 |a هدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي للتخطيط في مرحلة القص باستخدام برنامج (Easy Plan) من نظام جربر للإستفادة القصوى من كل وظائف البرامج المتخصصة، وإعداد وتدريب شباب الخريجين المتخصصين لإعداد كوادر مؤهلة بما يساعد على زيادة ورفع التنمية المهارية والمهنية لدى الشباب وتأهيلهم بما يواكب إحتياجات السوق وسير العملية الصناعية، وقياس فاعليته على رفع مستوى المعارف والأداء المهارى التي يتضمنها البرنامج. وتكونت عينة البحث من ٢٠ متدرب من شباب الخريجين المتخصصين، وتم إعداد أدوات لتقويم البرنامج التدريبي والتي تكونت من اختبارين: تحصيلي معرفي ومهاري وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء ومقياس تقدير. وجاءت نتائج البحث تؤكد صحة التحقق من فروض البحث والتي تنص على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات المتدربات في الإختبار القبلي والبعدي لصالح الإختبار البعدي وذلك في الأداء المعرفي والمهارى الخاص بالبرنامج التدريبي مما يدل على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي. 
520 |b The aim of the research is to build a training program for planning in the cutting stage using the "Easy Plan" program from Gerber system to benefit the most of all the specialized programs' jobs, and to prepare and train young graduates specialists to prepare qualified cadres to help increase it and raise the skill and professional development of young people and qualify them in line with the needs of Labor market and the progress of the industrial process, and measuring its effectiveness in raising the level of knowledge and skill performance included in the program. The research sample consisted of 20 trainees from young graduates specialists. and was prepared tools for the evaluation of the program, which consisted of two achievement tests of knowledge and skills and a note of performance and a measure of appreciation. The results of the research confirm the validity of the verification of the hypotheses, which provides for the presence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the pre- and post-test for the post-test valid in the cognitive and skill performance of the training program, which indicates the effectiveness of the training program.
