المستخلص: بعد تفضل الله علينا ومنته بإكمال هذا البحث وإتمامه، نخلص إلى النتائج الآتية: 1. ليس هناك دين كالدين الإسلامي منح الفرد حرية الفكر والتدبر والنظر، بل أوجبها عليه. 2. حرية الفكر في الإسلام حرية شاملة تشمل المسلم وغيره، والـمجتمع الإسلامي كفل هذه الحرية ليميز الفرد في مجتمعه بين الحق والباطل وبين الصالح والفاسد من أجل الوصول إلى الحقيقة. 3. حرية الفكر تتقيد بأمرين الأول: عدم التفكر بذات الله تعالى، وثانياً: منع الفكر المؤدي إلى هدم المجتمع أو الدولة العادلة أو هدم أصل من أصول الدين. 4. ينظر الإسلام إلى حرية التدين إنها حق من حقوق الإنسان، وليس هناك أي إكراه على اعتناق دين معين. 5. تكفل القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية بضمان حرية الاعتقاد. 6. لما كانت حرية الاعتقاد حقاً من حقوق الإنسان وقراراً شخصياً يتحمل المرء تبعاته، كان القرآن الكريم صريحاً أمام هذه الحقيقة، ليختاروا بمحض إرادتهم، وترك الباب أمامهم مفتوحاً، بعد أن بين القرآن الكريم الدين الصحيح وترك حرية الاختيار لمشيئة الإنسان، وحذر من أعرض عن الإيمان الصحيح. ٧. ضمن الدين الإسلامي للأفراد حق المشاركة في شؤون تدبير قضايا الحكم وإدارة البلاد وتسيير مصالح الأمة. 8. ينظر الإسلام إلى الحرية السياسية أنها إغلاق لباب الاستبداد أمام الحاكم، وإبعاد لكل مظاهر الظلم والطغيان. ٩. لابد من قواعد أخلاقية وإنسانية تستند إليها الحرية السياسية، تتمثل بالعقل والحكمة والموعظة الحسنة، وغيرها من السلوكيات والأخلاق التي يمكن أن تقوم بالمجتمع وتقوده إلى طريق الصلاح والفلاح. والحمد لله رب العالمين.
