المستخلص: تسلط هذه الورقة الضوء على فئة خاصة من مؤسسات العمل ألا وهي المؤسسات الحرفية التقليدية التي عرفت، في نهاية القرن العشرين بعد فترة من التراجع والإهمال، العودة بقوة. تعتبر الحالة التونسية أبرز مثال على ذلك حيث أن النتائج التي يسجلها هذا القطاع على المستوى الاقتصاد يتؤشر على ذلك. تهدف هذه الورقة، بالاستناد على نتائج دراسة ميدانية، لاستخراج خصائص مختلف الديناميكيات التي تنبني عليها وتنتجها هذه النوعية من فضاءات العمل التي تتميز بالحضور القوي للإنسان على حساب الآلة.
توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات الكبرى التي يمكن تلخيصها في فكرة رئيسية ألا وهي أن المؤسسات الحرفية التقليدية تتميز بجملة من السمات التنظيمية والبشرية والاجتماعية والثقافية تجعلها مختلفة عن بقية الأنواع الأخرى من مؤسسات العمل والإنتاج. فطرق تنظيمها وإدارة مواردها البشرية وبنيتها الاجتماعية وسماتها الثقافية تجعلها في نفس الوقت قادرة على التعامل بمرونة مع التحولات السريعة للسوق والمساهمة بطريقة مباشرة في الحفاظ على ثقافة المحلية لمجتمع في ظل العولمة الاقتصادية والثقافية المتسارعة.


Ce papier propose d’apporter un éclairage sur les dynamiques structurant un milieu spécifique de travail ; il s’agit des entreprises artisanales de métiers ancestraux. Cette catégorie d’entreprises, qui est considérée le plus souvent comme une survivance du passé, continue de nos jours de coexister avec les entreprises modernes caractérisant les sociétés industrielles. En s’appuyant sur les résultats d une étude empirique menée en Tunisie, ce papier envisage de dégager les caractéristiques des dynamiques structurant les entreprises artisanales de métiers ancestraux, notamment les dynamiques organisationnelles, managerielles et socioculturelles. L objectif d’un tel exercice consiste à voir les dynamiques élémentaires des milieux de travail organisés dans la mesure où cette catégorie d’entreprises est une survivance de l’époque préindustrielle. Les résultats de l’enquête empirique montrent clairement que les entreprises artisanales de métiers ancestraux incarnent une logique organisationnelle et des pratiques de gestion de ressources humaines et une culture de travail bien distinguées des autres types d’entreprises.

This paper sheds light on a particular category of labor institutions, namely, the traditional craft institutions that, at the end of the twentieth century, after a period of decline and neglect, experienced a strong return. The Tunisian case is the most prominent example of this, as the results recorded by this sector at the economic level are indicative of this. This paper aims, based on the results of a field study, to extract the characteristics of the various dynamics on which it is based and produced by this type of workspaces characterized by the strong presence of the human being at the expense of the machine.
The study reached a set of major conclusions that can be summarized in the main idea, which is that the traditional craft institutions are characterized by a set of organizational, human, social, and cultural features that make them different from the rest of the other types of labor and production institutions. Its ways of organizing and managing its human resources, social structure, and cultural characteristics make it at the same time able to deal flexibly with the rapid changes of the market and contribute directly to the preservation of the local culture of a society in light of the accelerating economic and cultural globalization.
