This work highlights the results of research conducted among the executives of private companies in Bejaia, in order to examine this category in a situation of social changes. The article seeks to acount for the objective position of executives in the socio-professional hierarchies, but also foward their subjective point of view of the place of their professional group. To do this, we will answer these questions: how do these executives live the economic, political and social changes of nowdays? What is their position in the company? The first results share a problem of uncertainty regarding the current status and socio-professional role of these executives, as well as towards the question of the organization of work within today’s private companies. Ce travail met en avant les résultats d’une recherche menée auprès des cadres au sein des entreprises privées, afin d’examiner cette catégorie en situation de mutations sociales. L’article cherche à rendre compte de la position objective des cadres dans les hiérarchies socioprofessionnelles, mais aussi à mettre en avant leur point de vue subjectif sur la place de leur groupe professionnel. Pour ce faire, nous allons répondre à ces questions: comment les cadres enquêtés vivent-ils les mutations économiques, politiques et sociales de nos jours ? Quelle est leur position dans l’entreprise ? Les premiers résultats révèlent un problème d’incertitude à l’égard du statut et du rôle socioprofessionnel actuels de ces cadres, mais aussi envers l’organisation du travail au sein des entreprises privées d’aujourd’hui. |
