المستخلص: استهدفت الباحثة الكشف عن البنية العاملية للجاذبية الشخصية للأستاذ الجامعي كما يدركها طلاب الدراسات التربوية العليا، وكذلك الكشف عن نسب تقديراتهم للجاذبية الشخصية على مستوى العوامل والدرجة الكلية، والكشف عن نسب تقديرات الجاذبية الشخصية للأستاذ الجامعي وفقا لجامعتي (القاهرة وحلوان)، والمرحلة الدراسية (الدبلومات التمهيدية والماجستير والدكتوراه)، والنوع (الذكور والإناث)، والعمر الزمني (أصغر من30 سنة، أكبر من ٣٠سنة)، ومحل الإقامة (الريف، الحضر). وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق التي تعزى للجامعة (القاهرة، حلوان)، والمرحلة الدراسية (دبلومات تمهيدية، الماجستير، الدكتوراة)، والنوع (ذكور، إناث) والعمر (أصغر من 30 سنة، أكبر من ٣٠ سنة) ومحل الإقامة (الريف والحضر). وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من(٢٦٠) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الدراسات التربوية العليا من جامعتي القاهرة وحلوان. وقد استخدم في البحث الحالي مقياس الجاذبية الشخصية للأستاذ الجامعي كما يدركها طلاب الدراسات التربوية العليا (إعداد الباحثة). وقد أظهرت النتائج انتظام البنية العاملية لمقياس الجاذبية الشخصية للأستاذ الجامعي كما يدركها طلاب الدراسات التربوية العليا في أربعة عوامل هي التمكن العلمي والثقافي، والتواصل الفعال، والصبر والتروي، والطاقة الإيجابية. وأن نسب تقديرات طلاب الدراسات التربوية العليا للجاذبية الشخصية للأستاذ الجامعي سواء على مستوى العوامل أو الدرجة الكلية بنسب مرتفعة تتراوح من 50.8% إلى 66.9%. وأن نسب تقديرات طلاب الدراسات التربوية العليا للجاذبية الشخصية للأستاذ الجامعي وفقا لفئات العينة من حيث الجامعة أو المرحلة الدراسية أو النوع أو العمر أو محل الإقامة نسب متوسطة وفوق المتوسطة تتراوح ما بين ٥٠% إلى 55.2%. وأظهرت النتائج أيضا عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطي درجات طلاب الدراسات التربوية العليا في الجاذبية الشخصية للأستاذ الجامعي كما يدركونها تبعا لمتغيرات الجامعة (القاهرة- حلوان)، والمرحلة الدراسية (دبلومات- تمهيدية قبل الماجستير – الماجستير- الدكتوراة)، والنوع (ذكور- إناث) والعمر (أصغر من 30 سنة- أكبر من 30 سنة) فيما عدا عامل الصبر والتروي فقد وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا لصالح الطلاب الأكبر سنا ممن هم أكبر من 30 سنة، كما أنه لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمحل الإقامة (الريف- والحضر).

The Researcher aimed to reveal the global structure of the Personal of Charisma a University Professor as perceived by students of postgraduate education studies, as well as to reveal the ratios of their estimates of Personal Charisma at the level of factors and the total degree, and to reveal the ratios of the personal Charisma estimates of a University Professor according to the university (Cairo and Helwan), and the academic stage (introductory diplomas Master and PhD), gender (males and females), chronological age (younger than 30 years and those over 30 years old), and place of residence (rural and urban). As well as disclosing the differences attributed to the university (Cairo, Helwan), the stage of study (introductory diplomas before masters, masters, and doctorates), gender (males, females), age (younger than 30 years old, older than 30 years) and residence (rural, And urban).The main research sample consisted of (260) male and female students of higher education studies from the University of Cairo and Helwan University. The current research has used the measure of Personality Charisma of a University Professor as perceived by students of higher education studies (researcher preparation). The results showed the regularity of the global structure of the university professor’s personal Charisma scale, as perceived by postgraduate education students in four factors: scientific and cultural empowerment, effective communication, patience and prudence, and positive energy. And that the percentages of higher educational studies students' estimates of the Personality Charisma of a University Professor, whether at the level of factors or the total score, are high, ranging from 50.8% to 66.9%. And that the percentages of graduate educational studies students' estimates of the Personality Charisma of a University Professor according to the sample categories in terms of university, stage of study, gender, age, or place of residence, intermediate and upper-intermediate percentages ranging from 50% to 55.2%. The results also showed no differences between the average grades of postgraduate education students in the Personal Charisma of a University Professor as they perceive it according to the university variables (Cairo - Helwan, the stage of study (introductory diplomas before masters - masters - doctorate), gender (male - female) and age (younger) From 30 years - older than 30 years) with the exception of the factor of patience and deliberation in favor of older students who are over 30 years old, and there were no statistically significant differences according to the place of residence (rural - urban).
