المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إيجاد مصفوفة للمعلومات الضرورية لنجاح عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي المدرسي بالمملكة العربية السعودية، حيث يتم تخصيص بعض منها لأولياء الأمور، وبالتعاون مع المعلمين، ومع مديري المدارس، ومع السلطات التعليمية الأعلى، وفي ضوء توفير مصفوفة للمعلومات الضرورية والخاصة بالمتعلمين، والمعلمين، وسائر المترددين على مستوى المدرسة، وعلى مستوى الدوائر التربوية المحلية، وعلى مستوى السلطات الوزارية تحدد بدقة هذه الصلاحيات بالمؤسسات التعليمية تجاه الإسهام في صناعة أي قرار تربوي يتصل بعملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي المدرسي في هذه المؤسسات التعليمية المختلفة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في صورته التقريرية التحليلية، حيث تضمنت الدراسة الحالية المحاور الرئيسة التالية: المحور الأول -عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي المدرسي: الأبعاد ومتطلبات النجاح. المحور الثاني- مصفوفة المعلومات اللازمة لنجاح عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي المدرسي. المحور الثالث -التوصيات والمقترحات لتوفير مصفوفة للمعلومات اللازمة في نجاح عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي المدرسي بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى مصفوفة المعلومات اللازمة لــــــ "صناعة" أي قرار تربوي يرتبط بعملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي المدرسي، حيث يتم بناء هذه المصفوفة في أربعة مستويات هي: المستوى الأول: (داخل صفوف المدرسة). - المستوى الثاني: (مستوى مديري المدارس). المستوى الثالث: (مستوى السلطات المحلية). - المستوى الرابع: (المستوى الوزاري). ولكل مستوى من هذه المستويات الأربعة المقترحة مجالات محددة، وفي الختام تم تقديم توصيات حول ضرورة أن يتبنى المعلمون وغيرهم من أطراف العملية التعليمية الطرائق المقترحة في هذه الدراسة لتفعيل التخطيط الاستراتيجي المدرسي بالمملكة العربية السعودية

The study aimed to create a matrix of the necessary informations for the success of school strategic planning in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where some of its is allocated to guardians, in cooperation with teachers, with school administrators, and with higher educational authorities. The research used descriptive analytical method. In light of the provision of a matrix of necessary informations related to learners, teachers, and other hesitant at the school level, at the level of local educational departments, and at the level of ministerial authorities, these powers are precisely defined in educational institutions towards the contribution in making any educational decision related to the school strategic planning process in these various educational institutions In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The current study included the following main axes: The first axis – the school strategic planning process: the dimensions and requirements for success. The second axis - the necessary informations matrix for the success of the school strategic planning process. The third axis - recommendations and proposals to provide a matrix for the necessary informations for the success of the school strategic planning process in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The current study reached the necessary information system necessary for "making" any educational decision related to the school strategic planning process, as this system is being built in four levels. The first level: (inside the school walls). - The second level: (the level of school principals). The third level: (the level of local authorities). Fourth level: (Ministerial level). Each of these four proposed levels has specific areas. In conclusion, recommendations were made about the necessity for teachers and other parties to the educational process to adopt the methods proposed in this study to activate school strategic planning in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
