المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد متطلبات نجاح النشر الإلكتروني في كليات التربية، من خلال التغلب على التحديات التي تواجهه في جمهورية مصر العربية. استخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي، وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعتها، وتقصد الدراسة بمتطلبات النشر الإلكتروني مدي توافر المهارات اللازمة في جوانب (التأليف والتصنيع، والتوزيع) لنشر الإنتاج والإبداع الفكري في كليات التربية إلكترونيا، من خلالها تقديم الأبحاث، والكتب العلمية، والدوريات، والمجلات، والأوراق البحثية، وغيرها من مصادر المعرفة التربوية التي ينتجها التربويون بكليات التربية في جمهورية مصر العربية خاصة بشكل رقمي مباشرة، أو تحويلها من شكلها الورقي إلى الرقمي، بحيث يمكن متابعتها عبر الشبكات، والأقراص المضيئة، وذلك باستخدام كافة إمكانيات الكمبيوتر في ضوء متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة. وقد تضمنت هذه الدراسة التحليلية النظرية حول (النشر الإلكتروني في مجالات التربية: المتطلبات والتحديات) المحاور التالية: المحور الأول -ماهية النشر الإلكتروني، ومراحل تطوره، وأهدافه. المحور الثاني -متطلبات النشر الإلكتروني في مجالات التربية. المحور الثالث -التحديات التي تواجه النشر الإلكتروني في كليات التربية. المحور الرابع -التوصيات المقترحة لتدعيم النشر الإلكتروني في كليات التربية. ومنها: الاهتمام بالمشاريع البحثية التي تهتم بالنشر الإلكتروني بكليات التربية. -سن القوانين والتشريعات الداعمة لمنظومة النشر الإلكتروني بكليات التربية. -المتابعة والتقويم المستمر لتنفيذ عمليات التوسع في النشر الإلكتروني بكليات التربية.

The current study aimed to determine the requirements for the success of electronic publishing in the Faculties of Education , by overcoming the challenges it faces in the Arab Republic of Egypt . The present study used the descriptive Approach, due to its suitability to nature and intended by the study to the requirements of electronic publishing , to what extent the necessary skills are available in aspects ( Authorship , Manufacture , and Distribution) to publish production and intellectual creativity electronically in the Faculties of Education by providing research, scientific books , periodicals, magazines, and research papers , and other sources of educational knowledge that educators produce in Faculties of Education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, especially directly in digital form, or transfer from paper to digital form . So that it can be monitored via networks and luminous disks, using all the capabilities of the computer in light of the requirements of the knowledge society. This theoretical analytical study on (electronic publishing in the fields of education : requirements and challenges) included the following axes: &- What is electronic publishing , its stages of development , and its goals . &- Requirements for electronic publishing in the fields of education . &- The challenges facing electronic publishing in the Faculties of Education . Suggested recommendations to support electronic publishing in the Faculties of Education , including : &- Attention to research projects concerned with electronic publishing in the Faculties of Education . &- Enacting laws and legislations that support the electronic publishing system in the Faculties of Education . &- Follow-up and continuous evaluation of the implementation of the expansion operations in the electronic publishing in colleges of education.
