المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير أداء إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة بمصر في ضوء الإدارة بالتفاوض في ضوء الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة والتعرف علي الإدارة بالتفاوض ومبررات استخدامها في تطوير أداء إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة بسوهاج، والتعرف علي متطلبات استخدام الإدارة بالتفاوض في تطوير أداء إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة واستخدام البحث المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم علي وصف الظاهرة موضوع البحث والذي يتناسب مع طبيعة البحث (ومشكلات إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة بمصر)، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة من أعضاء الإدارة المدرسية والجهاز الإداري المعاون لبعض مدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظة سوهاج بلغ أفراد العينة (٤١٠) فردا، وكشف البحث عن اعتبار الإدارة بالتفاوض الحل الأمثل لحل المعوقات التي تواجه أعضاء إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة بمصر، ومن ثم وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة في ضوء مدخل الإدارة بالتفاوض في ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه ومن اهم نتائج البحث التي توصل الدارسة إليها ما يلي: 1.تطوير أداء إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة باستخدام مدخل الإدارة بالتفاوض عن طريق التخطيط الجيد لإدارة عملية التفاوض ووضع البرامج التدريبية التي تهدف إلي تثقيف إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة علي كيفية إدارة العمليات التفاوضية وضرورة حث العاملين علي الدخول في التفاوض، وإعادة نشر ثقافة التفاوض بين العاملين وتوفير المناخ المناسب لإدارة العملية التفاوضية، والاستفادة من أفكار ومبادئ الإدارة بالتفاوض في تطوير أداء إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة، وتفهم المبادئ الأساسية لعلم الإدارة بالتفاوض، ومحاولة تطبيقها، 2.ويمكن الاستفادة من الإدارة بالتفاوض في تحفيز العاملين على تقوية العلاقات الإنسانية، مع عمل دورات تدريبية العاملين بالمدرسة الثانوية العامة على الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة التعامل معها، وضرورة بناء هيكل مدرسي نموذجي على أسس تفاوضية يلائم التطورات الحديثة في المجالات الإدارية الحديثة وكيفية توزيع الأدوار على الإدارة المدرسية وتحقيق دور المدرسة كمركز ثقافي مع البيئة المحيطة وتوفير البيانات والمعلومات قبل الدخول في العمليات التفاوضية. التطبيقات: وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء إدارة المدرسة الثانوية العامة في مصر في ضوء مدخل الإدارة بالتفاوض.

Develop the performance of the public high school administration using the management portal through negotiation through good planning to manage the negotiation process _In the development of the performance of the administration of the public high school and the use of descriptive research method based on the description of the phenomenon in question and which is commensurate with the nature of the research (and the problems of the management of the public high school in Egypt) _The questionnaire was applied to a sample of the members of the school administration and the administrative administrative staff of some public high schools in Sohag province reached the members of the sample (410) individuals, and revealed the research on the consideration of the administration negotiated the best solution to solve the obstacles facing the members of the administration of the public high school in Egypt, and then developed a vision to develop the performance of the administration of the public high school in light of the entrance of the administration negotiated in light of what was reached and the most important results of the research reached the following : 1. Develop the performance of the management of the public high school using the entrance of the administration through negotiation through good planning to manage the negotiation process and develop training programs that aim to educate the administration of the public high school on how to manage the negotiation processes and urge employees to enter into negotiations, spread the culture of negotiation among employees and provide the appropriate environment for the management of the negotiation process, and benefit from the ideas and principles of the administration by negotiating in the development of the performance of the management of the public high school, and understand the basic principles of management science by negotiation, and try to apply it 2. Can benefit from the administration by negotiating to motivate workers to strengthen human relations, with the work of training courses of the employees of the public high school on modern management methods dealing with them, and building a model school structure on a negotiating basis suitable for modern developments in modern administrative fields and how to distribute roles to the school administration and achieve the role of the school as a cultural center with the surrounding environment and provide data and information before entering the negotiating processes Applications: A proposed vision to develop the performance of the administration of the public high school in Egypt in the light the of .administration's negotiated approach.
