|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التصنيع الهجين وأثره في استدامة التميز من خلال تكنولوجيا التصنيع دراسة تطبيقية في الشركة العامة لصناعة السيارات والمعدات في العراق فر ع بابل، فاتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الأفراد العاملين في الشركة العامة لصناعة السيارات والمعدات فرع بابل البالغ عددهم(1200) عاملا، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (٢٩١) عاملا وزعت الاستبانة عليهم جميعا. وبلغ عدد الاستبانات المسترجعة (٢٩٠) منها (٢٨٧) استبانة صالحة للتحليل وبمعدل استجابة (٩٨,٦%) من مجموع الاستبانات التي وزعها الباحثان، وتم تحليلها باستعمال البرنامج الإحصائي المتقدم (AMOS V.24) فضلا عن البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS.V24). توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج؛ لعل أبرزها وجود أثر مباشر ذي دلالة إحصائية للتصنيع الهجين بأبعاده (الكلفة، والجودة، والمرونة، ووقت الانتظار، ومستوى الخدمة) في استدامة التميز، ووجود أثر مباشر ذي دلالة إحصائية للتصنيع الهجين بأبعاده (الكلفة، والجودة، والمرونة، ووقت الانتظار، ومستوى الخدمة) في تكنولوجيا التصنيع، ووجود أثر مباشر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكنولوجيا التصنيع في استدامة التميز، ووجود أثر غير مباشر ذي دلالة إحصائية للتصنيع الهجين في استدامة التميز من خلال الدور الوسيط لتكنولوجيا التصنيع. وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات؛ لعل أبرزها ضرورة تعزيز مفهوم التصنيع الهجين من أجل معالجة حالات التلكؤ لديها، ووضع الحلول المناسبة للمشاكل والمعوقات التي تفف دون حيلولة تطورها، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى زيادة ربحية الشركة، وزيادة الحصة السوقية لها. وكذلك يوصي الباحثان بضرورة مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية على مستوى الآلات والمعدات مما يساعد في تحسين جودة منتجاتها وتقليل التالف والمعيب وتقليل تكاليف منتجاتها، ويوصي الباحثان بتطبيق نقطة الفصل (Decoupling point) أي تأخير الإنتاج حتى استلام الطلبات، التي تساعد على تقليل المخزون إلى أدنى حد ممكن؛ مما يسهم في تقليل تكلفة وتقادم المنتج.

|b This study aimed to recognizing the Leagile manufacturing and its impact on the sustainability of excellence through manufacturing technology Field study in The State Company For the Automotive and Equipment's Industry in Iraq Babylon Branch, the researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population of individuals working State Company For the Automotive and Equipment's Industry in Iraq Babylon Branch The number of them is 1,200 workers. A random sample of 291 workers was chosen. The questionnaire was distributed to all of them.. The number of questionnaires returned was 290, of which 287 were valid for the statistical analysis and the response rate was 98.6%,of the total questionnaires distributed by the researcher and analyzed using the advanced statistical program (Amos V.20) as well as the statistical program (SPSS V.20.). The study reached a set of results, the most important of them A presence of statistically significant direct impact of Leagile manufacturing in its dimensions (cost, quality, flexibility, Lead time, and service level) on Sustainability of excellence, and the presence of A statistically significant direct effect of Leagile manufacturing in its dimensions (cost, quality, flexibility, Lead time, and service level) on manufacturing technology, The presence of a statistically significant direct impact of manufacturing technology on Sustainability of excellence, and the presence of a statistically significant indirect effect of Leagile manufacturing on the Sustainability of excellence through the intermediate role of manufacturing technology. The study also recommended a set of recommendations, most notably the need to strengthen the concept of Leagile manufacturing in order to address their cases of lagging, and to develop appropriate solutions to the problems and constraints that prevent their development, which leads to increase the profitability of the company and increase market share. The researchers recommends the need to keep pace with technological developments at the level of machinery and equipment, which helps to improve the quality of its products and reduce the damage and defective and reduce the costs of its products, , the researchers recommends the application of the point of decoupling point To minimize inventory, which contributes to reduce the cost and obsolescence of the product
