المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش للقيادة الابتكارية وعلاقتها بفعالية اتخاذ القرار الإداري من وجهة نظر معلميهم، تم تطوير أداتين للدراسة: الأولى مكونة من (٣٦) فقرة لقياس درجة ممارسة القيادة الابتكارية، موزعة على المجالات التالية: التخطيط، ومتابعة العمل، والتعزيز. وتكونت الأداة الثانية من (٢٠) فقرة لقياس فعالية اتخاذ القرار الإداري، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٢٨١) معلماً ومعلمة في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش للقيادة الابتكارية قد جاءت متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والخبرة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح الدراسات العليا. وأظهرت النتائج أن فعالية اتخاذ القرار الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش من وجهة نظر معلميهم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين درجة ممارسة القيادة الابتكارية وفعالية اتخاذ القرار الإداري.

The study aimed to identify The Degree of Practicing Innovative leadership by Secondary School Principals and its Relationship with Effective Administrative Decision Making from their Teachers' Perspective, and developed two tools for the study, the first of which is consisted of (36) paragraphs to measure the degree of Practicing Innovative leadership distributed into the following domains: Planning, follow-up of work and strengthening, and the second tool is consisted of (20) paragraphs to measure Effective Administrative Decision Making. The researcher concluded the coefficients of validity and consistency of the two tools. The sample of study is consisted of (281) male and female teachers in secondary schools at Jarash Governorate, The findings of study showed that the Degree of Practicing Innovative leadership by Secondary School Principals at Jarash Governorate was medium, The findings of study showed no statistically significant differences in the evaluations of the sample of study according to sex and experience variables, and there were statistically significant differences in the evaluations of the sample of study according to education variable in favor of postgraduate studies. Moreover, the findings showed that the effective administrative decision making by secondary schools headmasters at Jarash Governorate from point of view of their teachers was medium, and there was positive correlational relationship between the practice of innovative leadership and the effective administrative decision making.
