المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر تطبيق برنامج حكيم الإلكتروني على تطوير جودة الخدمات الطبية الملكية الأردنية في الأردن، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث بلغ عدد العاملين في المستشفى (1300) بناء على (وزارة الصحة الأردنية)، وتم تحديد عينة ملائمة من مجتمع الدراسة حجمها (312) أي عينة بلغت 24% من الحجم الكلي لمجتمع الدراسة. ووزعت الاستبانة عليهم جميعاً وبلغت الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل (282) وذلك بنسبة (90.4%) من مجموع الاستبانات التي وزعتها الباحثة على أفراد العينة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج كان من أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (a = 0.05) لتطبيق برنامج حكيم الإلكتروني بأبعاده (الأجهزة المتطورة، البرمجيات المساندة، الموارد البشرية المؤهلة، قواعد البيانات) على تطوير جودة الخدمات الطبية الملكية بأبعادها (الأمان، الاعتمادية، سرعة الاستجابة، الأرشفة). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هنالك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (a = 0.05) لتطبيق برنامج حكيم الإلكتروني على تطوير جودة الخدمات الطبية الملكية من حيث الأمان. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a = 0.05) لتطبيق برنامج حكيم الإلكتروني على تطوير جودة الخدمات الطبية الملكية من حيث الاعتمادية. كما أوصت الدراسة بأهمية الاستمرار بتطوير استخدام نظام (حكيم) وذلك من أجل المساعدة في تقديم الآراء الأفكار الإبداعية التي تزيد من تطور أداء العاملين وكفاءتهم، وزيادة مستوى الاهتمام بأبعاد متغير جودة الخدمات الطبية الملكية كونها من المفاهيم المهمة أيضا للمستشفيات والمنظمات بشكل عام والتي تؤثر بشكل مباشر على نموها وتطورها.

The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the application of Hakim electronic program on the development of the quality of the Royal Jordanian Medical Services in Jordan. The researcher relied on descriptive analytical methodology for analysis and classification of data from all employees in the hospital and in various specialties and administrative centers. (The Ministry of Health of Jordan), and took a random sample of the above mentioned sample (312), a sample of 24% of the total size of the study community. The questionnaire was distributed to all of them and the valid questionnaires were (282) by (90.4%) of the total questionnaires distributed by the researcher to the sample members. The results of the study were the most important of which was the presence of a statistically significant effect at the level of (a = 0.05) for the application of Hakim electronic program in its dimensions (advanced devices, supporting software, qualified human resources, databases) , Reliability, responsiveness, archiving). The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of (a = 0.05) for the application of Hakim electronic program in its dimensions (advanced devices, supporting software, qualified human resources, databases) to develop the quality of the royal medical services in terms of safety. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of (a = 0.05) for the implementation of Hakim electronic program in its dimensions (advanced devices, supporting software, qualified human resources, databases) to develop the quality of the royal medical services in terms of reliability. The study also recommended the importance of continuing to develop the use of the Hakim system in order to assist in providing opinions, creative ideas that increase the development of the performance of employees and their efficiency, and increase the level of attention to the dimensions of the variable quality of the Royal Medical Services, which are also important concepts for hospitals and organizations in general, On their growth and development.
