المستخلص: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى معرفة واقع الغش الإلكتروني في الامتحانات لدى الطلبة، بالتعرف على الوسائل المستعملة لهذا الغرض، طبيعة المواد التي يغشون فيها وآثار هذه الممارسة على النتائج المتحصل عليها وعلى شعور الطالب بعد الغش. إلى جانب الكشف عن مساهمة العوامل البيداغوجية وجماعة الرفاق في التشجيع على هذه الممارسة. وقد اعتمدنا في بحثنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يسمح بوصف ظاهرة الغش في الامتحانات، كما يسمح بتفسير هذه الظاهرة بالكشف عن علاقتها بمتغيرات أخرى. كما اعتمدنا على عينة تتكون من 105 طالب من جامعة الجزائر ومن مختلف التخصصات سبق لهم أن مارسوا الغش. وقد توصلنا إلى أن الوسيلة الأكثر استعمالا هو الهاتف الذكي بتسجيل الصور والنصوص والفيديوهات حول دروس المادة الممتحن فيها، إلى جانب الاعتماد على خدمات الإنترنت، الأمر الذي ساهم في توسيع فئة الممارسين للغش في الامتحانات بطرق حديثة في مختلف التخصصات من التعليم الجامعي، خاصة إذا توفرت الظروف البيداغوجية وجماعة الرفاق المدعمة لذلك.

This paper aims to know the reality of electronic fraud in exams among university students, by identifying the methods used, study units they cheat on their exams, the effects of this practice on the results, and on the student’s feeling after cheating. And to discover the contribution of pedagogical factors and the group of comrades, which encourage this practice. In this study, we used the descriptive and analytical method, which allows describing the phenomenon of cheating in exams. It also helps to explain this phenomenon by revealing its relationship with other variables. Research sample is consisted of 105 students from the University of Algiers and from various disciplines, who had previously cheated. The results of the research revealed that the use of the mobile phone and the Internet contributed to increasing the category of practitioners cheating in university exams, when the pedagogical factors and the group of comrades encourage fraud.

L’objectif du présent article est d’étudier la pratique de la fraude électronique au cours des examens à l’université. L’identification des moyens utilisés, les unités d’enseignement dans lesquelles, la fraude est fortement pratiquée, les effets de cette pratique sur les résultats obtenus et le ressentiment des l’étudiants fraudeurs sont les principaux axes examinés. Les facteurs pédagogiques favorables à la fraude et la complicité des autres étudiants sont également approchés. Nous avons utilisé la méthode analytique descriptive, qui permet de décrire le phénomène de tricherie aux examens. L’enquête de terrain a été réalisée sur un échantillon de 105 étudiants de l'Université d'Alger choisis t de diverses disciplines. Les résultats obtenus révèlent que l'utilisation des téléphones mobiles et des services Internet a contribué grandement à l’accroissement des catégories d’étudiants fraudeurs et à la prolifération de la pratique de la fraude dans les examens dans diverses disciplines. Les conditions pédagogiques de déroulement des épreuves et la complicité des autres étudiants ont également contribué au développement de cette pratique.
