|a يهدف هذا المقال إلى عقد مقارنة في مفهوم التنمية البشرية بين منهج البرنامج الإنمائي للأمم المتحدة، ممثلا بأفكار أمرتيا سن، والمنهج الإسلامي ممثلا بأفكار ابن خلدون؛ من خلال تحديد نقاط الالتقاء والاختلاف بين المنهجين، مع التركيز حول ما يمكن أن يضيفه المنهج الإسلامي في التنمية البشرية من أجل المساهمة في تطوير هذا المفهوم وتحسينه. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن كلا المنهجين الوضعي والإسلامي في التنمية البشرية لا يتعارضان بالشكل الذي ينفي أحدهما الآخر؛ ويتفق كلاهما على اعتبار الإنسان غاية التنمية البشرية ووسيلتها في نفس الوقت، غير أن المنهج الإسلامي في التنمية البشرية يقوم على دعامتين مادية وروحية وهو أمر غير وارد في المنهج الوضعي للتنمية البشرية.

|b This article aims to make a comparison in the concept of human development between the approach of the United Nations Development Program, represented by the ideas of Umriya Sen, and the Islamic approach represented by the ideas of Ibn Khaldun; by identifying points of convergence and difference between the two approaches, with a focus on what the Islamic approach can add to human development In order to contribute to the development and improvement of this concept. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are that both the positive and Islamic approaches to human development do not contradict or deny one another; and they agree that the human being is the goal of human development and its means at the same time, but the Islamic approach to human development is based on material and spiritual principles This is something that is not found in the positive approach to human development.
