المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الإيرادات الاستثنائية على رصيد الموازنة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2018-2000، وذلك باستخدام منهج التكامل المشترك ي إطار نماذج ARDL، وارتكزت الدراسة على مكونات الإيرادات الاستثنائية ي الجزائر والمتمثلة ي: توزيعات بنك الجزائر، توزيعات سوناطراك، وإيرادات استثنائية تندرج ضمن بند "أخرى". خلصت الدراسة إلى غياب تكامل مشترك في العلاقة، مما يعني أن الإيرادات الاستثنائية المحققة خلال هذه الفترة كانت غير كافية لتقليص عجز الموازنة، وذلك رغم ارتفاعها بشكل محسوس في السنوات الثلاث الأخيرة.

The objective of this study was to measure the impact of extraordinary revenues on the Algerian budget balance during the period 2000-2018, using the co-integration approach in the context of ARDL models. The study included the components of extraordinary revenues in Algeria, which are: Dividends of the Bank of Algeria, dividends of Sonatrach and other dividends. The study concluded that there is no co-integration in the relationship between the two variables, which means that the exceptional revenues realized in this period were insufficient to reduce the budget deficit, despite its significant increase in the last three years.

L'objectif de cette étude était de mesurer l'impact des recettes extraordinaires sur le solde budgétaire algérien dans la période 2000-2018, en utilisant l'approche de Co-intégration dans le cadre des modèles ARDL. L'étude a inclus les composantes des recettes extraordinaires en Algérie, qui sont: Dividendes de la Banque d’Algérie, dividendes de Sonatrach et d’autres dividendes. L'étude a conclu qu'il n'y a pas de Co-intégration dans la relation entre les deux variables, ce qui signifie que les recettes exceptionnelles réalisées au cours de cette période étaient insuffisantes pour réduire le déficit budgétaire, malgré son augmentation significative dans les trois dernières années.
