المستخلص: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقديم قراءة تقويمية لواقع التعليم الجامعي في الطور الثالث دكتوراه بالجزائر، وذلك من خلال مراجعة - الأطر التنظيمية لهذه المرحلة من التعليم، وإجراء استقصاء على مستوى عينة من الطلبة المسجلين في هذا الطور بجامعة برج بوعريريج بخصوص التكوين في الدكتوراه بمختلف تحدياته ومؤثراته، والغرض من وراء ذلك الكشف عن أبرز الصعوبات التي تواجهها هذه الفئة من الطلبة، ومحاولة تقديم معالجات ومقترحات من شأنها المساعدة في تذليل بعض تلك المصاعب، لاسيما منها ذات التأثير المباشر على جودة التعليم، ومن ثم الرقي بمستوى التكوين والتأطير لطلبة الدكتوراه، الذين يتحولون على المدى المتوسط إلى أساتذة باحثين، وهم أهم مدخلات منظومة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

The aim of this study is to provide an evaluative reading of the reality of university education in the third phase - Ph.D. in Algeria, by reviewing the organizational frameworks for this stage of education, and by conducting a survey at the level of a sample of students enrolled in this phase at the University of Bordj Bou Arerrig regarding training in the doctorate with its various challenges and influences The purpose behind this is to reveal the most prominent difficulties faced by this group of students, and to try to present treatments and proposals that would help overcome some of these difficulties, especially those that directly affect the quality of education, and then raise the level of training and coaching for doctoral students, who turn on The medium-term to research professors, who are the most important input to the system of education and scientific research.

La réalité de la formation en troisième phase en Algérie et les moyens de la développer Une étude exploratoire sur la formation en troisième phase à l'Université de Bordj Bou Arreridj Le but de cette étude est de fournir une lecture évaluative de la réalité de l'enseignement universitaire en troisième cycle - doctorat en Algérie, et cela en passant en revue les cadres organisationnels de cette phase d'enseignement, et en réalisant une enquête concernant la formation en doctorat avec ses différents défis et influences au niveau d'un échantillon d'étudiants inscrits en troisième cycle à l'Université de Bordj Bou Arreridj. Cela va nous permettre de révéler les difficultés que peut rencontrer ce groupe d'étudiants, et d'essayer de fournir des traitements et des suggestions qui peuvent aider à surmonter certaines de ces difficultés, en particulier celles qui ont un impact direct sur la qualité de l'enseignement, et qui peuvent aider à améliorer le niveau de formation et d'encadrement des doctorants, du moment que ces derniers vont devenir à moyen terme des enseignants-chercheurs, et vont représenter le plus important input du système d'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche scientifique
