المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى القاء الضوء على الإطار النظري لموضوع الحرب التجارية، وأطرافها، وتداعياتها على دول العالم سواء الدول المتقدمة أو الدول النامية. ولقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة هذه الظاهرة، للإلمام بجوانبها، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحروب التجارية هي حرب التعريفة الجمركية تشب بين الدول الكبرى ولكن الصراع يتعدى ذلك إلى استخدام وسائل أخرى متعددة للفوز فيها، وأن الدول النامية بما فيها الدول العربية تتأثر بهذه الحروب بحكم انكشافها على التجارة العالمية، وباعتبارها أسواق يتنافس على غزوها كل من أطراف الصراع التجاري الدامي.

This research aims to shed light on the theoretical framework for the subject of commercial wars and its parties, And its repercussions on the countries of the world, whether developed or developing countries, as well as Arab countries, was used the descriptive and analytical method to study this phenomenon, and to know its aspects. The study found that trade wars are tariff wars between major countries, but the conflict goes beyond that to the use of various other means. , To win it, and that developing countries, are affected by these wars due to their exposure to world trade as markets are the invasion of each of the competing parties of the bloody trade conflict.

Cette recherche vise à éclairer le cadre théorique du sujet des guerres commerciales et de ses partis, et ses répercussions sur les pays du monde, qu'ils soient développés ou en développement, ainsi que sur les pays arabes, ont été utilisées par la méthode descriptive et analytique pour étudier ce phénomène et en connaître les aspects. L'étude a révélé que les guerres commerciales sont des guerres tarifaires entre les grands pays, mais le conflit va au-delà de l'utilisation de divers autres moyens. , Pour le gagner, et que les pays en développement sont touchés par ces guerres en raison de leur exposition au commerce mondial, car les marchés sont l'invasion de chacune des parties concurrentes du conflit commercial sanglant.
