|a هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن دور الأنشطة الطلابية بجامعة السلطان قابوس في تنمية المهارات القيادية لدي طلبتها من وجهة نظر الطلبة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (٥٣) فقرة موزعة على ست مهارات قيادية هي (القدرة على تحمل المسئولية، القدرة على اتخاذ القرار، القدرة على حل المشكلات، القدرة على إدارة الوقت، القدرة على التفاعل الاجتماعي، القدرة على التفاوض)، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة بعد التحقق من صدقها ومن قيمة ثباتها لكرونباخ-ألفا والتي بلغت (٠.٩٢٢) على مستوى الأداة ككل أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغت (١٣٠) طالبا وطالبة موزعة كالتالي: وفقا للنوع إلي (٦٣) طالب، و(٦٧) طالبة، ووفقا للكلية إلي (٤٠) طالب من الكليات الإنسانية وتشمل كليات (التربية، الآداب والعلوم الاجتماعية، الحقوق، الاقتصاد والعلوم السياسية) و(٩٠) طالبا من الكليات العلمية وتشمل كليات (الطب، الهندسة، العلوم، الزراعة والعلوم البحرية، التمريض). وقد تم استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة، وكذلك اختبار ت (T-test) لحساب دلالة الفروق. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الموافقة كانت "كبيرة" على جميع محاور الاستبانة وذلك بمتوسط, حسابي (٣.٩٢) وانحراف معياري (٠.٨٤١) مما يوضح أن الأنشطة الطلابية الجامعية لها دور كبير في تنمية المهارات القيادية لدى الطلبة المشاركين في الأنشطة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05=α) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور على الأداء ككل، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الكلية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتفعيل دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تنمية المهارات القيادية بجامعة السلطان قابوس، من أهمها مشاركة الطلبة في تخطيط الأنشطة وإدارتها، وتضمين الخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة مجال كامل عن الأنشطة الطلابية.

|b The study aimed to uncover the role of student activities at Sultan Qaboos University in developing leadership skills of its students from the students' point of view. The study used the descriptive approach, and to achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of (53) items distributed into six leadership skills, which are: the ability to assume responsibility, the ability to make decisions, the ability to solve problems, the ability to manage time, the ability to social interaction, The ability to negotiate), and the study tool was applied after verifying its validity and its stability value for Kronbach- alpha, which amounted to (0.922) at the level of the tool as a whole. As for the study sample, it amounted to (130) male and female students distributed as follows: according to type to (63) students, and (67) female students, and according to the faculty to (40) students from humanities colleges, including colleges (education, arts and social sciences, law, economics and political science) and (90) students from scientific colleges, including colleges (medicine, engineering, sciences, agriculture and marine sciences), Nursing). The arithmetic averages and standard deviations of the responses of the study sample were extracted, as well as the T-test to calculate the significance of the differences. The results of the study showed that the degree of approval was "significant" on all the questionnaire axes, with a mean (3.92) and a standard deviation (0.841), which indicates that university student activities have a major role in developing leadership skills among students participating in the activities, and the study found the existence of similar differences. Statistical significance at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the responses of the study sample individuals attributable to the gender variable in favor of males on the overall performance, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the college variable, and the study reached a set of proposed measures to activate the role of student activities in developing leadership skills at the University Sultan Qaboos, the most important of which is the participation of students in planning and managing activities, and the inclusion of the university's strategic plan a complete area of student activities.
