استهدفت الدراسة الحالية قياس وتقييم مشروع الرقمنة داخل مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي من خلال تحليل وتشخيص الوضع الراهن بالتطبيق على جامعة الأزهر كنموذج عالمي يواجه تحديات كبيرة، وذلك باستخدام أسلوب التحليل الرباعي (SWOT) لاستخراج تقييم شامل، أكثر حيادية ومنطقية، من أجل الوقوف على نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات التي يوجهها مشروع الرقمنة بالمؤسسة، تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلي الدراسات الوصفية، وقد تم في إطارها الاعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة، اعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام أكثر من أداة بحثية: (المقابلات الشخصية المتعمقة، جلسات عصف ذهني، استمارة استبيان تم تطبيقها على العينة المتاحة من الأعضاء والإداريين بمختلف كليات الجامعة باستخدام أسلوب كرة الثلج بالإضافة إلى مقياس خاص بعينة من طلبة الجامعة)، تمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في اعتماد الجامعة استراتيجية النمو والتوسع المتمثلة في توظيف مصادر القوة لاقتناص أفضل الفرص، وذلك بتفعيل الشراكة مع المجلس الأعلى للجامعات ووزارة الاتصالات، للاستفادة من المشاريع الممولة من جهة الدولة في إنشاء Data Center (حجر الزاوية في عملية الرقمنة)، بالإضافة إلى تأهيل الموارد البشرية.
The current study aimed to measure and evaluate the digitization project in university education institutions by analyzing the current situation of Al-Azhar University as a global model facing great challenges, using the method of quadrant analysis (SOWT) to extract a comprehensive evaluation, more neutral and logical, in order to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that the digitization project faces at the institution. This study belongs to descriptive studies, using the case study approach. The researcher used more than one research tool: - (in-depth personal interviews, brainstorming sessions, a questionnaire form that was applied to the sample Available from members and administrators in the various colleges of the university using the snowball method in addition to a sample of university students). The most important results of the study were the university’s adoption of the growth and expansion strategy represented in employing sources of strength to seize the best opportunities, by activating the partnership with the Supreme Council of Universities and the Ministry of Communications, to benefit from the projects funded by the state in Establishing a Data Center (the cornerstone of the digitization process), in addition to qualifying human resources.
