|a استهدف البحث الحالي بيان حكم بعض المسائل المتعلقة بالمحقرات المالية. واستند البحث إلى المنهج الاستقرائي. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في مسح المسائل المتعلقة بموضوع البحث للإجابة عن تساؤلاته. وأسفر البحث عن العديد من النتائج؛ أبرزها: جواز البيع دون إيجاب وقبول في الأشياء المحقرات، وجواز التقاط المحقرات المالية وحفظها لصاحبها كما أنه يجوز للمرأة أن لا تستأذن زوجها في التبرع بالشيء الحقير، وأيضا: لا تقام عقوبة القطع على من ثبتت عليه تهمة سرقة المال الحقير، ويجوز جمع الأموال الحقيرة والتبرع بها للأعمال الخيرية، أو إنفاقها على المرافق العامة. وأوصى البحث: بضرورة تبصير الأفراد بالأحكام المتعلقة بالمحقرات المالية، وكيفية الإفادة من هذه الأحكام.

|b The study aimed at investigating the rulings of some issues related to the valueless items. The study used the inductive methodology. To gather the data required, a review of the literature was administered. The study was concluded with number of findings as follows; first, selling and buying valueless items without expressing affirmation and acceptance in words is permissible; second, it is permissible to gather valueless items and save them for their owners; third, it is permissible for a wife to donate the valueless items without asking her husband's permission; fourth, the penalty of hand-cut off is not applicable to those convicted of stealing valueless items; fifth, it is permissible to gather the valueless items and to donate it to charities and public facilities. Finally, the study recommends that the individuals ought to be aware of the rulings of the valueless items and how to effectively make use of those rulings.
