المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس الثانوية للقيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بالالتزام التنظيمي من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات في مدينة مكة المكرمة، ووفقا لطبيعة هذه الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبق الاستبانة على أفراد عينة الدراسة التي شملت (٥٠٠) معلما ومعلمة من المدارس الثانوية في مدينة مكة المكرمة، وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة وجود دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α≤0.05 لدرجة ممارسة قادة المدارس الثانوية للقيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها بالالتزام التنظيمي من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات في مدينة مكة المكرمة، وخرجت بمجموعة توصيات أهمها ضرورة تفعيل الالتزام التنظيمي وتسخيرها لخدمة أهداف ومصالح المدرسة، والعمل على إدخال مفهوم الالتزام التنظيمي كمعنى جديد في المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية.

The degree of transformational leadership practice in secondary schools and its relationship to organizational commitment from the teachers' point of view in the city of Makkah. The degree of secondary school leaders for transformational leadership and its relationship with organizational commitment from the point of view of teachers and teachers in Makkah City. This study aimed to identify the degree of high school leaders' practice of transformational leadership and its relationship to organizational commitment from the viewpoint of male and female teachers in City Makkah (a suggested perception). According to the nature of this study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach and applied the questionnaire to the individuals of the study sample that included (500) teachers. And a teacher from a group of secondary schools in City Makkah, and the results of the study concluded that there is statistical significance at the significance level α≤0.05 The degree of high school leaders' practice of transformational leadership and its relationship to organizational commitment from the perspective of male and female teachers in the City Makkah. And it came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to activate organizational commitment and harness it to serve the goals and interests of the school, and work to introduce the concept of organizational commitment as a new meaning in education.
