يواجه المتعلم صعوبة في التعلم إذا لم يقترن ذلك بدافعيته القوية وتوجهه نحو الأهداف التي يضعها لنفسه، حيث أن نوع الأهداف التي يضعها المتعلم لنفسه هي التي تقف وراء اختلاف إنجازه للمهام الدراسية ومستويات تعلمه، وأن هذه الأهداف تكون موجهه وتحدد سلوكه الأكاديمي في طريقة مذاكرته واتجاهاته نحو المحاضرة والزملاء. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى: 1- بناء أداة توجهات الهدف 2- قياس توجهات الهدف لدى طلبة الجامعة. وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث تم بناء أداة لتوجهات الهدف، وقد تم استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة، فبلغ الثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار لبعد إتقان/ أقدام (0.89)، وبعد أداء/ أقدام (0.90)، وبعد أداء/ أحجام (0.85)، أما بطريقة الفاكرونباخ فقد بلغ الثبات للبعد الأول (0.80)، وللبعد الثاني (0.78) وللبعد الثالث (0.86)، وتم تطبيق المقياس على عينة مكونة من (377)، وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا توصل البحث الحالي إلى أن طلبة الجامعة لديهم توجهات الهدف، ويوصي البحث الحالي بضرورة مراعاة نوعية الأهداف التي يتبناها طلبة الجامعة.

Current research aims: 1- Build tools for the goal orientations 2- Measuring the goal orientations for the university students according to variables (type/ class/ specialization). In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a tool was constructed for the (the Goal orientation), and the psychometric properties of the tool were extracted. The validity was achieved by the retest method for the completion of the pitch (0.89), after the performance/ feet (0.90) and after the performance/ volume (0.85), either in the alfa-cronbach method was (0.80) for the first dimension, and (0.78) for the second dimension, and (0.86) for the third dimension. The scale was applied to a sample of (377), After collecting and processing the data statistically Data processing statistically the current research shows that university students have goal orientations, the current research recommends that the quality of the goals adopted by university students be taken into consideration.
