لا يخفى ما للحديث النبوي من أهمية كبيرة، بوصفه المصدر الثاني من مصادر التشريع الإسلامي بعد القرآن الكريم، ولما كان كذلك وجب علينا التحفظ والتحقق من صحة الرواية وضبط الراوي، ولكل شروطه التي وضعها العلماء. وموضوع بحثنا هنا يتعلق بجزء من ذلك التحقق وهو الحديث المجهول، إذ يعد موضوع الحديث المجهول من المسائل الذي حاز على قدر كبير من الاهتمام من لدن المحدثين، لأنه يتعلق بصحة الرواية والمرويات، وقد تباينت فيها طرائق المحدثين، فمن معتبر بها من أسباب الضعف الشديد إلى منع لأثرها ومعتد بروايات المجاهيل مطلقاً، ومنهم من قبل رواية المستور. وقد اخترت موضوع بحثي أنواع المجاهيل وحكم روايتها - دراسة استقرائية تطبيقية - للاستزادة بالمعلومات الخاصة بمعنى المجهول وأنواعه وانتقاد المحدثين للمجهول وأسباب عدم الأخذ به من قبل المحدثين. إن هذا الموضوع موسع ومتشعب يتناول: تعريف المجهول وحكم المجهول عند المحدثين، وأنواعه وانتقاد المحدثين له، واتبعت في دراسة الموضوع المنهج الاستقرائي، وقد اقتضت الضرورة العلمية لموضوع (أنواع المجاهيل وحكم روايتها) تناوله من جميع نواحيه. فوضعت خطة لذلك، فقسمته على مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، فتناولت في المبحث الأول مفهوم الجهالة وأسبابها، وطرق كشفها، وأسباب الحكم على الراوي بأنه مجهول لدى العلماء، واتجاهاتهم في المجاهيل، والمبحث الثاني ذكرت فيه أنواع المجاهيل وحكم روايتها، والفروق بين أنواع المجاهيل، والمبحث الثالث والأخير تناولت فيه الواقع التطبيقي عند الأئمة النقاد للحديث المجهول، ومن ثم ختمت البحث بخلاصة النتائج التي توصلت إليها.
It is no secret that the prophets speech is of great importance, as the second source of Islamic legislation after the Holy Quran, and as such we must reserve and verify the authenticity of the novel and the narrators seizure, and all the conditions laid down by the scholars. The subject of our research here concerns part of this verification, which is the unknown, the subject of the unknown hadith is considered a matter of great interest by the modernists because it relates to the validity of the novel and the narrators, and the methods of the modernists varied in terms of the reasons for this weakness, the fool never entertained them by the reckless narrative. I chose the subject of my research the types of Mahjail and the rule of its novel – an empirical study applied – to increase the information on the meaning of the unknown and types and criticism of the modern to the unknown and the reasons not to be adopted by modernists. This subject is broad and complex. It deals with the definition of the unknown and the rule of the unknown among the modernists, its types and the criticism of its innovators, the study of the subject followed the inductive method. The first chapter dealt with the concept of ignorance and its causes, the methods of its detection, and the reasons for judging the narrator that he is unknown to the scholars, and their trends in the past, the second study mentioned the types of mahjail and the rule of its narration, and the differences between the types of mujahilles and the study, the third and last dealt with the practical reality of the imams of the critics of the unknown, andthen concluded the research summary of the findings.
