هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة مدى توافر القيم العلمية في منهج الكيمياء الدراسي للصف السادس العلمي ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم بناء قائمة للقيم العلمية الواجب تضمينها في منهج الكيمياء الدراسي للصف السادس العلمي بعد الإطلاع على مجموعة من الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة، وعرضت القائمة على مجموعة من المحكمين والمختصين في العلوم التربوية والنفسية وطرائق تدريس العلوم، والمناهج وطرائق التدريس، وقد أبدى المحكمين والمختصين آراءهم وملاحظاتهم حول الاداة، وبذلك تكونت القائمة بصورتها النهائية من (9) قيم علمية رئيسة تتضمن ( 35) قيمة فرعية، ثم قام الباحث بتحليل منهج الكيمياء الدراسي للصف السادس العلمي بفرعيه التطبيقي والإحيائي في ضوء القائمة التي تم بناؤها، واعتمد الفكرة بنوعيه (الصريحة والضمنية) كوحدة للتسجيل والتكرار كوحدة للتعداد، وتم التأكد من الصدق والثبات، وأظهرت النتائج أن منهج الكيمياء الدراسي للصف السادس العلمي بفرعيه التطبيقي والإحيائي حقق (304) تكرار إذ حصل الفرع الإحيائي على (160) تكرار بنسبة (52,63 %)، والفرع التطبيقي ( 144 ) تكرار بنسبة ( 47,37 %)، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات منها:- مراعاة التكامل والتتابع والتناسق في منهج الكيمياء الدراسي للصف السادس العلمي بفرعيه التطبيقي والإحيائي في تضمين القيم العلمية الرئيسة وقيمها الفرعية، واقترح الباحث عدة مقترحات منها:- دراسة تحليلية للمناهج الدراسية لمواد علمية أخرى وفقا للقيم العلمية.
