المستخلص: This study aimed to investigate the contribution of training and incentives on employee performance improvement using evidence from SETRAM urban transport company located in the city of Sidi Bel Abbes, and to achieve the study objectives, 204 structured questionnaires were distributed to employees on job location, 185 questionnaires were returned, only 169 were suitable for statistical analysis. With support of SPSS, correlation and regression ended up being conducted to generate results. The findings indicated that there is a significant and positive relationship exists between both training and incentives and employee performance. It is concluded that employee motivation has a significant positive relationship with employee performance at SETRAM company. To the researchers’ knowledge, this is the first study to establish the contribution of training, incentives on employee performance using evidence from SETRAM company located in the city of Sidi Bel Abbes Since the launch of activity in July 2017.
