المستخلص: موضوع البحث: إعلال المحدثين بذكرهم: الحمل على (راوٍ) أو (جماعة) دراسة نظرية تطبيقية تحليلية نقدية. هدف البحث: إبراز بعض عبارات علم علل الحديث، وهي قول أئمة النقد في علة حديث: (الحمل على فلان) أو (على جماعة) الدالة على تضعيف الرواية وإعلالها وتحديد من صاحب الخطأ فيها، وكون العبارة تأتي على جمع من الرواة يعد أقل من كونها تأتي راوٍ في ذلك. مشكلة البحث: - ما معنى عبارة: الحمل على فلان؟ وهل تطلق على فرد من الرواة دون الجمع؟ - هل يقع اتفاق الأئمة على إثبات الحمل على من قيل فيه الحمل عليه؟ نتائج البحث: إن طبقة الأثبات في الرواية لا يحمل عليهم خطأ الرواية وقد يأتي على بعضهم، وأما الضعفاء فمن دونهم فيكثر عليهم الحمل أفراداً وجماعات، وما بين هاتين الطبقتين يأتي عليهم إطلاق (الحمل) غالباً أفراداً وجماعات.

Research Topic: The expression of scholars of hadith in weakening a hadith by saying: the fault is on a “narrator” or a “group of narrators” Theoretical Practical and Analytical Study. Research Objective: Highlighting some expressions used in the science of hadith weakness. That is, the statement of scholars of critique in explaining the defect in a hadith by saying: “the “fault is on so and so” or “a group of narrators” which indicate weakness and defect in the narration, identifying the person who made the error, and the fact that the usage of this expression on a group of narrators is considered less than its usage on a narrator. Research Problem: 1. What is the meaning of the expression: the fault is on so and so? Is it used for an individual narrator other than a group of narrators? 2. Is there a consensus among the scholars on the fault of the one who was said to be faulty? Research Findings: The error in narration is not attributed to the rank of authorities in narration although it can be attributed to some of them, but as for the weak narrators and those below them they are mostly blamed individually and collectively and those in between these two ranks are also blamed individually and collectively most often.
