المستخلص: لعب البرامج التدريبية دورا أساسيا في زيادة فاعلية المؤسسات من خلال تحسين مهارات وقدرات الأفراد، والتدريب هو مجموعة أنشطة منظمه لتوفير المعارف والمهارات للمتدربين ليتمكنوا من استيعاب المفاهيم وإعادة تكوين السلوك وتطبيق التعلم على مواقف حياتية مختلفة بكفاءة متزايدة لتحقيق النتائج المرجوة، ومن أهم المؤسسات التي تقوم بتقديم برامج تدريبية للأفراد لديهم هي السجن، ويعتبر الاهتمام بالسجينات وضمان سلامتهن من العوامل الهامة لتحقيق أهداف إصلاح السجينات وتقويم سلوكهن، لذلك يجب الاهتمام بتعليمهن الحرف والمهن المختلفة والتي تتناسب مع إمكانيات ومهارات السجينات بمختلف أعمارهن لخلق مناخ طيب أثناء الفترة التي يقضونها بالسجن، وقد اكتسبت الرعاية الاجتماعية في السجون دورها الحيوي من المفهوم الإسلامي الواسع لمعنى الرعاية لتشمل تقديم خدامات مختلفة للسجينات بمختلف أعمارهم وجنسياتهم، ومن هنا تظهر مشكلة البحث من خلال محاولة قياس مدي تأثير البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات النساء السجينات في مجال صناعة الملابس، يهدف البحث إلى قياس تأثير البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات النساء السجينات في مجال صناعة الملابس، تنمية قدرات النساء السجينات في تنفيذ زي موحد يفي بالاحتياجات الوظيفية والجمالية لهن، ويفرض البحث أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقييم العينات المقترحة لتنفيذ زي موحد يفي بالاحتياجات الوظيفية والجمالية في مدي تحقيق الزي المنفذ للمعايير العامة للأمن والسلامة والاحتشام للسجينات وفقا لآراء المتخصصين، قد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقييم العينات المقترحة لتنفيذ زي موحد يفي بالاحتياجات الوظيفية والجمالية في مدي تحقيق الزي المنفذ للمعايير العامة للأمن والسلامة والاحتشام للسجينات وفقا لآراء المتخصصين، ويوصي البحث بالاستفادة من نتائج البحث في تطوير البرامج التدريبية المقدمة للأفراد داخل المؤسسات المختلفة.

Training programs play an essential role in increasing the effectiveness of institutions by improving the skills and abilities of individuals. Training is a set of activities organized to provide knowledge and skills to trainees to be able to assimilate concepts, reconfigure behaviorو and apply learning to different life situations with increasing efficiency to achieve desired results. One of the most important institutions that provide training programs for individuals is the prison. Caring for women prisoners and ensuring their safety are important factors for achieving the goals of reforming women prisoners and evaluating their behavior. Therefore, attention should be paid to teaching them different trades and professions that are appropriate to the abilities and skills of female prisoners of different ages to create a good climate during the period they are serving in prison. Social welfare in prisons has acquired its vital role from the broad Islamic concept of the meaning of care to include providing different services to women prisoners of different ages and nationalities. Hence, the problem of research appears by trying to measure the impact of the training program in developing the skills of women in prison in the field of the clothing industry. The research aims to measure the impact of the training program in developing the skills of the women prisoners in the field of the clothing industry and develop the capacities of women prisoners to implement a uniform that meets their functional and aesthetic needs. The research assumes that there are statistically significant differences between the evaluation of the samples proposed for the implementation of a uniform that meets the functional and aesthetic needs in achieving the general standards of security, safety, and modesty for women prisoners in accordance with the opinions of specialists. The research results found statistically significant differences between the evaluation of the proposed samples for the implementation of a uniform that meets the functional and aesthetic needs in achieving the general standards of security, safety, and modesty for female prisoners according to the opinions of specialists. The research recommends that research results be used in developing training programs offered to individuals within different institutions.
