المستخلص: تهتم التنمية المستدامة بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة باعتبارهم طاقة بشرية معطلة تمثل عبئا على عملية التنمية، فهي تحتاج لتنميتها عن طريق الرعاية والتدريب لتحويلها إلى طاقة فاعلة عن طريق ادماجهم في المجتمع وتحسين علاقتهم به. إلا أنه وبالرغم من ذلك، نجد ان ما أحدثته التقنيات والاتجاهات العالمية الحديثة خلال النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين، من حالة جديدة من الحضارة الإنسانية تميزت بتحقيق إنجازات مذهلة في تقنيات الحاسوب ووسائل الاتصال مثال استخدام تكنولوجيا الواقع المعزز في مجال النشر الإلكتروني، والتي تعمل على دمج عناصر افتراضية بإضافة بيانات رقمية للواقع الحقيقي؛ إلا أنها في الوقت نفسه أهملت المشاكل الانسانية المصاحبة لهذه الحالة الجديدة من الحضارة، حيث نلاحظ الانخفاض النسبي في اهتمام الجماعة العلمية والمجتمع، بمشاكل وتحديات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. ويهدف البحث إلى مساعدة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (المكفوفين /الصم والبكم) على الاستغناء عن المساعد الشخصي من خلال استخدام تكنولوجيا الواقع المعزز. ويستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التجريبي بتوصيف الواقع المعزز كأحد الوسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة، وكيفية توظيفه لمساعدة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لدمجهم في المجتمع وتسهيل التعامل مع أنشطة حياتهم اليومية. من خلال إجراء تطبيقات عملية بوضع مقترح تصميمي لعبوة جهاز كهربائي باستخدام تلك التكنولوجيا، واستخدام استمارة استبيان، لقياس مدى قابلية الفئة المستهدفة للتعامل معه، وكيف أصبح بديلا للمساعد الشخصي. وقد أفضت نتائج البحث إلى أن الواقع المعزز هو أحد الوسائل الفعالة للتواصل والتفاعل المباشر وغير المباشر بين المرسل والمستقبل، مما له أثر ايجابي لدى الجمهور المستقبل، فتسهيل واستيعاب الهدف من الرسالة المقدمة إليه. فالواقع المعزز يمكن أن يكون بديلا فعالا للمساعد الشخصي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، من خلال توصيل المعلومات باستخدام الوسائط المتعددة المختلفة، تغنيه عن الحاجة للسؤال أو الاستعانة بشخص آخر.

Sustainable development is concerned with people with special needs, as they are crippled human energy that represents a burden on the development process. It needs to be developed through care and training to transform it into effective energy by integrating them into society and improving their relationship with it. However, in spite of this, we find that what modern technologies and global trends brought about during the second half of the twentieth century, a new state of human civilization characterized by amazing achievements in computer technologies and means of communication, such as the use of augmented reality technology in the field of electronic publishing, which works to integrate virtual items by adding digital data to real-life; However, at the same time, it neglected the human problems accompanying this new state of civilization, where we note the relative decline in the interest of the scientific community and society, in the problems and challenges of people with special needs. The research aims to help people with special needs (blind/deaf and dumb) dispense with a personal assistant through augmented reality technology. The research uses the descriptive, experimental approach to describe augmented reality as one of the modern technology means and how to employ it to help people with special needs to integrate them into society and facilitate dealing with their daily life activities by conducting practical applications by developing a design proposal for an electrical device package using that technology, and using a questionnaire, in order to measure the extent of the target group's ability to deal with it, and how it became an alternative to the personal assistant. The research results have led to the fact that augmented reality is one of the effective means of communication and direct and indirect interaction between the sender and the receiver, which has a positive impact on the receiving audience, facilitating and understanding the goal of the message presented to it. Augmented reality can be an effective alternative to the personal assistant for people with special needs, through the delivery of information using various multimedia, dispensing with the need to ask or seek assistance from another person.
