المستخلص: مصطلح "التربية" يمكن ان يعرف بتلك العملية التي من خلالها يكتسب الفرد انماطا سلوكية معينة بغرض تنمية شخصيته البشرية الاجتماعية بحيث تمكنه هذه الأنماط السلوكية من تنمية قدارته واستعداداته وطاقاته الكامنة لكي يصبح قادرا على التكيف مع الوسط الذي يعيش فيه. أن التربية عملية اجتماعية ثقافية تستمد مادتها وأهدافها من اهداف المجتمع وثقافته ونظمه وتركيبته الاقتصادية والعلمية والاجتماعية. إن الدراسة في كلية التربية الأساسية بقسم التصميم الداخلي متفردة بنوعها حيث يرتبط خريجي هذا التخصص ارتباطا وثيقا بوزارة التربية كمدرس ديكور للمرحلة المتوسطة، وجاءت مشكلة البحث نتيجة كثرة شكوى طالبات التربية العملية بمنهج مادة الديكور من عدم توافق بين ما تم دراسته من مخرجات لبرنامج التصميم الداخلي وما يتم تطبيقه في وظيفة معلم ديكور، لذلك جاء هدف البحث في ضرورة إلقاء الضوء علي مخرجات برنامج التصميم الداخلي وما يتم تطبيقه في وزارة التربية والسعي لوضع مقترحات تفيد في تطوير منهج مادة الديكور على صعيد المعلمات والطالبات، وأيضا تزويد المتخصصين في ميدان التعليم ببعض المقترحات لتطوير مناهج الديكور وتوافقها مع التخصص تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في توصيف مفهوم التربية بشكل عام ومخرجات برنامج التصميم الداخلي وأثرها على تدريس مادة ديكور بوزارة التربية بوجه خاص، وتم أيضا عمل مقابلات شخصية واستبيانات لعدد من مدراء المدارس – رؤساء الأقسام – ذوي الخبرة القديمة من المتخصصين بالكلية – المعلمات بوزارة التربية – طالبات التربية العملية - طالبات المدرسة وجاءت نتيجة البحث مؤكدة ضرورة تعديل مواضيع منهج الديكور بما يتوافق مع المقررات التخصصية في الكلية لمادة الديكور بوزارة التربية والاستفادة من المقترحات للوصول إلى منهج شامل بمخرجات برنامج التصميم الداخلي.

The term "education" can be defined as that process through which an individual acquires certain behavioral patterns to develop his human social personality so that these behavioral patterns enable him to develop his potential, his preparations, and his latent energies in order to be able to adapt to the environment in which he lives. Education is a socio-cultural process that derives its substance and objectives from the goals of society, its culture, its systems, and its economic, scientific, and social structure. The study in the College of Basic Education in the Department of Interior Design is unique in its kind, as the graduates of this specialization are closely linked to the Ministry of Education as a decoration teacher for the middle school. The research problem came as a result of the many complaints of students of practical education in the decoration subject curriculum about the inconsistency between what has been studied from the outputs of the interior design program and what is applied in the job of a decoration teacher. Therefore, the aim of the research was to shed light on the outcomes of the interior design program and what is applied in the Ministry of Education and seek to develop proposals that are useful in developing the curriculum of the decoration subject at the level of teachers and students, and also to provide specialists in the field of education with some proposals for the development of decoration curricula and their compatibility with specialization. The descriptive-analytical approach was used to describe the concept of education in general and the outputs of the interior design program and their impact on teaching the subject of decoration at the Ministry of Education in particular. Personal interviews and questionnaires were also conducted for a number of school principals - heads of departments - with old experience from specialists in the college - teachers in the Ministry of Education - students of practical education - school students. The result of the research emphasized the need to modify the topics of the decoration curriculum in line with the specialized courses in the college for the subject of decoration in the Ministry of Education and to benefit from the proposals to reach a comprehensive curriculum with the outputs of the interior design program.
