المستخلص: منذ أمد بعيد والمحاولات جارية للكشف عن سر الغجر، تلك الجماعات التي تملك في كل بلد مكانًا، وتعيش مع الحضارة وعلى هامشها في الوقت نفسه، دويلات داخل الدول، لها كل المقومات إلا مقومات الأرض والحدود. وهم عبارة عن جماعات دأبهم الترحال من مكان إلى أخر، تفرقوا في العالم على شكل جماعات وعاشوا مشتتين في أرجاء البلاد وفي مناطق مختلفة من العالم، وليس هناك بلد أوربي أو عربي واحد لا توجد به قبيلة أو أسرة غجرية كائناً ما كانت مساحة هذا البلد وأياً كان موقعه على الخريطة، وسواء كانت الأحوال الجوية فيه مناسبة أو كانت غير مناسبة، وسيان عومل الغجر فيه معاملة طيبة أو طوردوا وقتلوا واضطهدوا. ورغم كثرة الأبحاث والدراسات التي أجريت حول حقيقة الغجر، وأصول هذه الجماعات التي تفرقت بين أرجاء العالم، إلا أنه ندرت بينهم الدراسات التي تخص رصد وتسجيل وتحليل الملابس الغجرية، وكيف تكون أبجدية وبناء ملابس واكسسوارات مجتمع يترعرع في هذه الظروف، وكيف شكل وأثر كل ما يمارسونه وما يعتقدون فيه ملامح ملابسهم.
وسنوضح في هذه الدراسة تسجيل التراث الغجري في رومانيا التي يرجع تاريخهم فيها إلى قرون عديدة، وتعتبر ملابس الغجر في رومانيا من أهم المصادر الإبداعية التي تحمل سمات وقيم وملامح زخرفية ولونية متميزة تتبع معتقدات موروثة عنهم سيتم توضيحها فيما بعد. وتهدف الدراسة إلى دراسة ملابس جماعة الغجر في مصر ورومانيا بوجه عام، دراسة تحليلية ومقارنة من خلال دراسة وتحليل النواحي الزخرفية والبنائية للملابس الغجرية، لمعرفة أوجه التشابه والاختلاف وأثر البيئة الاجتماعية على جماعة الغجر وعلى هيكلة ومفردات وأبجدية ملابس الغجر. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الدراسة وقعت بين مصر ورومانيا وذلك لأن جماعات الغجر موجودة بشكل كبير في مصر في جميع المحافظات تقريباً وهم من أهم الجماعات داخل المجتمع المصري كما أنهم موجودين بنسبة كبيرة في رومانيا حيث يبلغ عدد سكانها الغجر البالغ عددهم 1.8 مليون نسمة أكبر عدد من سكان الروما من حيث العدد، وعلى الرغم من أنهم يشكلون حوالي 8 % من سكان البلاد البالغ عددهم 22.9 مليون نسمة، حيث تمكن الغجر من العيش عبر حضارات العالم وما زالوا متمسكين بالتقاليد وطراز المعيشة التي اعتادوا عليها قبل مئات السنين، وقد فعلوا ذلك لاعتقادهم أنها الطريقة المثلى التي يجب أن يحياها الإنسان.


For a long time, attempts have been underway to reveal the secret of the Roma, those groups that own a place in every country and live with civilization and on its fringes at the same time, mini-states within countries, with all the ingredients except for the elements of land and borders. They are groups that migrated from one place to another, they dispersed in the world in groups and lived scattered throughout the country and in different regions of the world, and there is not a single European or Arab country that does not have a gypsy tribe or family, regardless of the area of this country and whatever its location on the map, and whether the weather conditions were suitable or not, and the Roma in it were treated well or expelled, killed and persecuted. Despite a large number of research and studies that have been conducted on the reality of the Roma, and the origins of these groups that dispersed across the world, studies on the monitoring, recording, and analysis of gypsy clothes, how it is alphabetized and building clothes and accessories for a society that grows up in these circumstances, and how shape and impact of everything they practice and what they believe in the features of their clothes are rare among them.
In this study, we will explain the recording of the Roma heritage in Romania, which dates back to many centuries. Roma clothing in Romania is considered one of the most important creative sources that bear distinctive features, values, and decorative and color features that follow the beliefs inherited from them that will be clarified later. The study aims to study the clothing of the Roma group in Egypt and Romania in general, an analytical and comparative study through the study and analysis of the decorative and structural aspects of the Roma clothing, to find out the similarities and differences and the impact of the social environment on the Roma group and on the structure, items, and alphabet of Roma clothing. It should be noted that the study took place between Egypt and Romania because Roma groups are widely present in Egypt in almost all governorates, and they are among the most important groups within Egyptian society. They are also largely present in Romania, where the Roma population of 1.8 million is the largest in terms of the number of the Roma population. Although they make up about 8% of the country's population of 22.9 million, the Roma have been able to live across the world civilizations and still adhere to the traditions and the style of living that they were accustomed to hundreds of years ago. They do so because they believe that it is the best way that a person should live.
