المستخلص: تزايد أعداد السيدات المعيلات في الآونة الأخيرة وخصوصا في الدول النامية، نظرا للتغيرات الاقتصادية والضغوط الاجتماعية حيث تحولت أنظار العديد من الباحثين نحو دراسة المشكلات التي تثقل كاهل تلك الفئة، حيث تواجه هؤلاء السيدات المعيلات العديد من المشكلات التي تؤدي إلى عجزهن عن إشباع الحاجات الأسرية لهن، لذا كان لابد أن يكون للاقتصاد المنزلي دورا في حل هذه المشكلة وذلك بالمشاركة في تنميه المهارات اليدوية لديهن كمدخل للتمكين الاقتصادي من خلال المشروعات متناهية الصغيرة حيث اتجه البحث إلى إعداد برنامج تدريبي لهذه الفئة في تصميم وتنفيذ الستائر يستطيعون من خلالها الاندماج في سوق العمل حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى دمج المرأة المعيلة في سوق العمل من خلال مشروعات متناهية الصغر وتدريب المرأة المعيلة على مهارات عملية (تصميم وتنفيذ الستائر) بما يناسب سوق العمل وتحقيق التواؤم بين متطلبات المرأة المعيلة وسوق العمل وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في تدعيم الجانب الاقتصادي والنفسي والاجتماعي لفئة المرأة المعيلة لأنها تمثل قوة إنتاجية وتنموية في المجتمع وتنمية المهارات اليدوية للمرأة المعيلة. كمدخل لمشروعات متناهية الصغر لدمجها في سوق العمل بجانب أن محتوى البرنامج التدريبي قد يقدم حل مقترح لبعض مشكلات المرأة المعيلة. وكانت أهم النتائج أن حقق البرنامج التدريبي فاعلية في تنمية الجانب المعرفي (المعارف المكتسبة) والجانب المهارى (المهارات المكتسبة) لدى المتدربين من فئة المرأة المعيلة والمنتجات المنفذة من الستائر (لاقت استحسان) في ضوء متوسطات تقييم المتخصصين لمحاور التقييم.

The number of female breadwinners has increased in recent times, especially in developing countries, due to economic changes and social pressures, whereby the attention of many researchers has turned towards studying the problems that burden this category, as these female breadwinners face many issues that lead to their inability to satisfy their family needs. Therefore, it was necessary for home economics to have a role in solving this problem by participating in the development of their manual skills as an approach for economic empowerment through micro-projects, where the research intended to prepare a training program for this category in the design and execution of curtains through which they can integrate into the labor market where the study aimed to integrate the female breadwinner into the labor market through micro-projects and train the female breadwinner in practical skills (design and execution of curtains) in a manner that suits the labor market and achieve compatibility between the requirements of the female breadwinner and the labor market. The importance of the study lies in strengthening the economic, psychological, and social aspects of the female breadwinner category because it represents a productive and developmental force in society and the development of the manual skills of the female breadwinner, as an approach for micro-projects to integrate them into the labor market, besides that, the content of the training program may provide a proposed solution to some of the problems of the breadwinner woman. The most important results are that the training program was effective in developing the cognitive aspect (acquired knowledge) and the skill aspect (acquired skills) among the trainees of the breadwinner women category and the executed products of the curtains (received approval) in light of the specialists' evaluation averages for the evaluation points.
